Nestled in Lake Austin, this attractive house for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Magnificent views of the Barton Creek hill site and golf course country club. Watch breathtaking sunsets from the terrace. It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a peaceful vacation or attend Austin’s events like Formula One or Austin City Limits. Two-story vacation rental of 2500 square feet living space plus two partially covered terraces sleeps 8 guests in a modern atmosphere reminding of an exquisite boutique hotel. Be one of the first guests in this luxurious accommodation finished in December 2021. Since this is brand new, we do not have reviews yet – visit our other listing (“Bridge to Happiness”) to learn about our hospitality Ample parking space is available (two-car garage, two parking places adjacent to the house, more off street private parking). INSIDE THE HOUSE This spacious vacation rental is drenched in natural light and enjoys spectacular hill country views. A large open kitchen with island bar will make catering a breeze on those nights you want to stay in. Alternatively, enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace. At the second floor, the living room features a 65-inch flat screen TV and comfortable leather couches. The views from the 8-seat dining table will are unmatched. The dedicated WiFi access point provides quick and reliable internet connection. The large glass door brings the exquisite view inside. Also at the second floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed. The adjacent master bathroom features a Jacuzzi soaking tub. The deep walk-in closet completes the master suite. A second bedroom at the second floor features a queen bed, bathroom and armoire. At the first floor two more bedrooms share a Jill-and-Jack bathroom. A parlor features 4 armchairs and a coffee table. The partially covered deck at the second floor and the partially covered terrace at the first floor have comfortable seating and coffee tables to enjoy breakfast, sunsets and the breathtaking hill country views. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The house sits on a secluded and very quiet street surrounded by large green areas. However, it is in close proximity to a large intersection of streets which make access easy. Six miles drive to Downtown Austin, one-mile drive to a high-end shopping area with multiple restaurants, grocery, and many other stores.

You need these

Roomy, new, clean, beautiful view, all as advertised. But no Kleenex anywhere?? Master bed sheets too small, bottom wouldn’t stay tucked. Needs a chair(s) in master bedroom. Needs one or two chairs to compliment the sectional. Needs better curtains in main area, too sheer, afternoon sun brutal and blinding. One side of dining table is almost unusable at dinner because of the sun. You should remove all the price tags. Just a few tweaks and more experience at this rental business and this property will shine.

We are a family of seven that traveled from Hawaii for a graduation. The house was perfect for us as it was in a great location and had a lot of room. Th beds were super comfortable, there is a good kitchen and the sunsets were spectacular.

I always said if this place was amazing, I would make sure to leave a review because that is what I look at when booking. This property was stunning and very nice. The driveway is a little steep and since it's Texas, don't plan on walking anywhere but if you are looking for a location to hang out with friends, this is it! Everything is as advertised and was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family!
