The staff were ok except but could have been better. Although I told them, they didn't seem to understand that the man standing in front of me was my husband. They dealt with me as if I was bothering him. He is white I am black.

Good breakfast, clean and well presented hotel in general. Close (~10mins) to nearest metro station. Couple of reasonable bars/restaurants nearby, but not a huge selection.
Shower didn't work, but was fixed quickly. Asked for an iron & ironing board to be taken to my room while I had breakfast, was told to pick one up from reception after eating. It was only discovered on my return that none were available, and a rush ensued to locate one. The room was small with little room to move around the bed, windows opening to the street side allow noise from the cobbled street with traffic, curtains did not fully reach the ground meaning sunlight woke me around 6am every day. At ~€870 for four nights (inc. breakfast), I expected more.
