The place is super near central Bai Chay beach, which is a very active area in summer. The price is quite cheep with a location like that.
The room is not very new and furniture is simple. There was no free water (which should be 2 bottles). And you should go back before 12 a.m cause it will be locked and it is very hard to wake the receptionist up.
