Perfect location to enjoy Downtown Houghton! Located under the parking deck is this newly remodeled apartment perfect for 2-4 guests! Walking distance to all businesses on Sheldon Ave! Across the parking lot is the Houghton waterfront walk/bike path. Take a moment and enjoy the views of the canal and the Portage Lift bridge. Parking available for 1 vehicle only. 1 bedroom with pull out couch bed in living room. Ground level apartment. Washer and dryer in bathroom. Standing shower only (no tub). Apartment has kitchen (microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge), small dining area, living area, bathroom with laundry and one bedroom. 9’ ceilings! Apartment hosts 2 guests ideally but up to 3-4 with pull out couch.

The apartment was very cute and stylish. A great repurpose of an industrial building. We enjoyed being in downtown Houghton and being able to walk to restaurants, stores and bars. Our car was able to be parked in a parking lot across the street from the apartment so it was easy to get out of town to explore the Keweenaw. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Houghton.

This place was great! The decor and apartment are comfortable and well done. The only issue we had was the amount of noise. There is a great deal of street noise being on the road, and parking was always a challenge to find someplace to park nearby until after 11:00pm when most businesses close. The noise is dulled with earplugs which is what we used. But just wanted to make sure it was mentioned so someone else is aware.
However, the location and being able to walk all over town once we parked still makes it a great location to stay.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen is outfitted nicely. Host was responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Stayed here while I dropped my daughter off for her first year at MTU. Was nice to have a relaxing place to stay while she made the transition. Had every amenity we needed, great location, and it’s super cute!

For me, this was a great find. With central access to many biking trails, restaurants, shops, etc., it really worked out well.

The pictures didn’t do it justice. This was a beautiful place. All the comforts of a fancy hotel. Towel warmer, rain shower head, lit cabinets and drawers. Beautifully decorated. Convenient location. We will look to rent this place again. Absolutely fantastic property.

I try to get to the area once a year or so and I would be more then happy to stay here. The owners where upfront, quick to respond and maintained the property nicely. It's location is also fantastic.

Cozy one bedroom apartment adjacent to parking deck and almost directly under Keweenaw Brew Company. Easy walk or drive to Michigan tech campus and walking to all downtown stores and restaurants. View of the water through a parking lot, but a very short walk to park on banks of the portage. Highly recommend this location for a visit to the Keweenaw.

Me and a couple friends spent a weekend at this property and were very pleased! Very clean, stocked with lots of cooking utensils, bedding, towels. Pretty much everything you could need apart from food. Right downtown and close to our favorite restaurants and bars. It's a small place, but great for a place to sleep, shower, and spend some down time!

I was in town to do some history research at the university and in the community. The location downtown can't be beat, easy to everything. Love the convenient walking path along the water. Property was modern, clean, and had everything I needed. Host was easy to work with, everything went great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

This was a beautiful apartment. The proximity to all the restaurants and shops in Houghton was a bonus. The apartment was clean and kitchen well stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and tidy. Apartment would be best suited to 2 people.
The pull out sofa was not comfortable but we were ready with our own Aero Bed. Location is great for access to Houghton, MTU, The Portage and the rest of the Keweenaw. We will definitely be back.
