Located in Lake Conroe, this attractive house for $756 per night is a great choice for your next break. This Gorgeous single family home features vaulted ceilings, spacious bedrooms, with flat screen TVs all with Netflix and full YouTube TV, four large bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops and a large refrigerator, laundry with washer and dryer, central AC throughout, ceiling fans in every room. The Maximum number of adults allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Step outside and you will find an extra-large outdoor covered patio with a huge six burner BBQ Grill, a Flat Screen TV, and plenty of outdoor seating. Beyond the large outdoor patio, you can’t help but be memorized by the crystal blue water of the sparkling pool and spa and then once more by the open waters of beautiful Lake Conroe, just beyond. Beyond the pool, you will find a large grassy area, a spacious lakefront wood deck, a boat lift, equipped for a v-hull boat. Walden provides 2 launch ramps as well as tennis courts, and a high end restaurant at the yacht club. The spa is heated and can be controlled. The pool requires prior authorization to heat and a deposit to be heated. Please understand that our property is located in a quiet community in Walden and that we are quite close to our neighbors. That being said, we adhere to a strict 10pm -8am quiet hours outside of our property. Loitering in front and around the property is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, on the back deck or near the boat dock and please discard your cigarette butts immediately after. This ensures that we keep your visit free of any interruptions. Should you violate these rules, there is a zero tolerance policy that will be executed and will result in an immediate removal from the property, without refund. Maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 10 including children. The Maximum number of adults allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Street parking is prohibited. The driveway is very large and can accommodate any vehicles present on the property. Only park in the driveway and/or the garage at any given time. The owners have a severe animal dander allergy and any animals brought on the property could cause owner to have a severe allergic reaction when on the property. Overall great property and location, lake does have some common spiders and wasp were active in the area but expect that with a house off the water. Rooms were private and separate with master like style in each.

We really enjoy the Walden community and location. This was our second time staying in the area and first time at this house. The house location on the lake is fantastic and the pool was great! Lots of room in the house and furnished nicely. The AC had trouble keeping up in the hot Texas weather (understandably) but the management team was really quick to respond and sent a really nice employee who worked on the system promptly and kept us updated of his progress! Would stay here again.

Communication was excellent, and access was smooth! Hope has all you’ll need for multiple families, with enough space to avoid being on top of each other! Pool was a little warm for this time of year, but we spent most of our time on the water! Highly recommend this rental!!

Lovely lake house for a brief getaway!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay for the 4th of July holiday! The house was very clean and well equipped with all essentials. It is nicely spread out and has two separate staircases leading to the huge bedrooms upstairs. My kids loved swimming in both the lake and private pool while watching a movie on the outdoor television. We would definitely consider returning for a future stay.
