Conveniently located just 8 miles from Lexington and 12 miles from Keeneland, our lodge offers easy access to the Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park, Rupp Arena, Historic Shaker Village, Asbury Seminary & University, and Lexington Airport.
About the Lodge Perfect for large family gatherings, groups, and extended stays, this 2.5-acre property overlooks a private neighborhood lake surrounded by trees and wildlife. The spacious 3,100 sq. ft. home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps up to 16 guests with 7 Queen beds and 1 King bed.

This was a great property. It was fully supplied with everything we could have wanted. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the trampoline just added to the kids fun. Plenty of parking and the property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Sam was one of the best hosts that I have ever dealt with. He was accessible and very friendly and took the time to walk us through the entire house, showing us all of the amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Lexington/ Nicholasville area.

The home was very clean and well stocked/equipped and the host was very helpful. Nice home for family gatherings and a beautiful neighborhood. Convenient location to Lexington and Louisville.

Great space for families. 3 full bathrooms is nice. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space to park. Living room couch seemed brand new.

This is the place you want to book when near Lexington. Home is in great shape, well stocked, super clean. Rooms are great and the host is awesome! The back deck, hot tub, pool, and fire pit make this an incredible stay!
