Location next to beach, shops, food, pharmacy...
Construction next door - noisy + bad view from the balcony.

The only two positive things were the staff - they were very polite and helpful, the cleaning ladies that made a great job and the proximity to the beach
The room (furniture, fridge, kitchenette) was very outdated, the pictures from booking were made probably when the hotel was new and recently open. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. In front of the hotel was a big construction site with a lot of dust.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, helpful staff (especially Adam and Ousman).
The floor was dirty with a lot of hair, the renovation and plumbing need updating, and the balcony view overlooks a construction site

The location
The AC went out during our stay and it never got fixed in spite of several requests. The area was heavily under construction but there was no noise associated with it. The location was not esthetically pleasing. Works for a stay if you just sleep in the accomodation.
