Great spot for exploring the town. Easy to walk and get the metro for Lyon. Very quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well for the summer.

It was in a great location and was a nice and spacious. However there was a lot not to like.
Unfortunately we had a similar experience to the people that stayed a few days before us. The apartment needs a really good clean and some maintenance. We had to scrub our tea cups before we could use them. The kettle had limescale all over it. The sink and coffee machine were dirty. Crumbs in the kitchen drawers and the shower floor needed a really good scrub. Filthy spare pillows in the cupboard.
Such a shame because this could be an amazing apartment if it was given some attention.

Très bon emplacement, pratique pour se déplacer dans Lyon, visiter. Des commerces et des restaurants proches. Bien isolé de la rue.
Bonne climatisation (une dans la pièce principale, 1 dans la chambre), très appréciable en période de forte chaleur.
Bon aménagement et bien équipé. Grande douche pluie.
Malheureusement, l’appartement manque d’entretien et aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement (tâches sur les murs et sur le canapé, moisissures dans la douche, dalles de la cuisine qui sont mal posées, assiettes et tasses ébréchées, manque le bac pour récolter les capsules de la machine Nespresso, bouilloire entartrée, serviettes rêches, etc.)
Ménage ok à condition de ne pas ouvrir les placards : réfrigérateur non nettoyé, assiette pleine de miettes trouvée dans un placard, tiroir à couverts sale, lave-vaisselle non vidé à notre arrivée avec de la vaisselle mal lavée.
Papier toilette fourni insuffisant pour 2 jours, kit de démarrage minimum avec par exemple une seul capsule de nettoyant lave vaisselle.

Great communication from the host Sebastian, who was very helpful and provided clear instructions and tips for our stay. The location is very convenient 2 minutes walk from Perrache station and also close to Bellecour. Apartment was clean, modern, spacious for a couple and facilities great overall. Despite the central location, it wasn't noisy at night.
Only suggestion to make is to provide some hand wash for bathroom.
