I really enjoyed my stay here. The studio was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, making it comfortable for both short and longer stays. There was sufficient crockery and pans to make a meal. The washing machine was great… and the clothes dried so quickly on the balcony. The photos in the listing reflect the quality of the space very well. On arrival, there was a short wait of around 20 minutes. I only had a data SIM and could not make a call to the host. There was no other option to make arrangements and responses weren’t quick via Booking messages. Once checked in, communication with the host worked well through Facebook Messenger. The building had 24/7 security. The sunsets from the balcony were truly beautiful and a highlight each evening.
The description of a sea view felt a little misleading, as the studio faces west; however, you can see the river. The sunsets are amazing ! By facing this way, even though on the 22nd floor, you can hear the rumble and horns from the traffic. With my earplugs, I slept well. I also found the additional charge for the rooftop pool, at 120,000 VND per person per day, easy to miss in the listing, which increases the overall cost, especially for longer stays.
