great location, master bath is nice

the bedding wasn’t clean, as if they didn’t change it from the last guests. The comforter literally smelled like someone’s old socks. The master bed had some kind of granular debris in the bed.

Nulla. Al nostro arrivo alle 20 e come concordato, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco, privo di asciugamani . I letti non avevano lenzuola e coperte: solo materassi e pure macchiati. Dopo vari tentativo di contattare la struttura, abbiamo deciso, alle 2 di notte di soggiornare, a nostre spese, in hotel. La struttura si scusava e ci proponeva un'altra struttura, ma lontana dal centro e con un solo bagno invece di due. Abbiamo declinato la proposta. L'indomani abbiamo ritrovato l'appartamento nelle stesse identiche condizioni nonostante le rassicurazioni ricevute. Abbiamo necessariamente dovuto concludere la nostra vacanza in hotel e a nostre spese. Alla fine la struttura ci ha rimborsato la prenotazione ma booking non ci ha riconosciuti la differenza tra quanto realmente speso (avendo all'ultimo dovuto riprenotarci in hotel) e quanto avremmo speso ...e questi, nonostante la riprenotazione sia stata fatta tramite booking.
