Pessoal amavel, facilitaram o check in as 17 horas, agradecida. Pequeno almoço nada mal para esse preço. Limpeza. Bonitas vistas da terraça.
Que o check in seja só a partir das 6 da tarde , a ter em conta quem chegar cedo tem de esperar.
E muito ruido na rua, aviões e obras ou algo que não deixou dormir bem

Stayed there in 2012, so rebooked there. Nice rooms although very basis. Very nice view. Convenience shop right across the road and bus stop too. Young people staying there did not bother us, but mutual kitchen was a challenge.
Only the mutual kitchener, but did not really made use of it.

The staff was really nice and eager to help us in all our needs.
On arrival we could store our luggage, and we got offered an additional breakfast for the day which we really needed after a day and night of travelling.
The beds have springs, which is something not everyone here enjoyed

The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is very good, convenient and safe.
It needs considerable repair work to be done, as the rooms are very worn down. There is no AC, the shower was clogged and the chair in the balcony was broken. All around a facelift is overdue. They price the rooms at a good price for central Porto, hence why I stayed there, but you need to accept that you’ll get what you pay for.
