Beautiful, Elegant and Great Location

It was on the 2nd floor with many, many stairs

nice flat, bad service

nice flat, with a small balcony overlooking the market. grocery store for supplies just next door. location was good.

we needed to go to a different location to pick up the key. if we wanted someone to wait for us at the flat we had to pay extra. when arrived at the flat we didn’t know which floor the flat was, as there was not clear signage on the door bell, or on the key or outside of the door of the flat. we walked all the floors to identify the flat but nothing. we had to call back the agency, which doubted we had the key to enter the room and needed to cross check before telling us what floor the flat was. we were waiting in hot staircase sweating. although the flat was booked for 3, there were only 2 pillows. there was only 1 toilet paper roll, we had to go and buy more. this impersonal check in was a bad experience. agency could do better.

It was ok. Location was handy but could have been cheaper for what you get

Great location

- show ran out of hot water one day (after half a shower) - couple of dirty items in the cupboard - had to go else were to pick up the keys which wasn't on the advert - host abrupt when communicating - balcony furniture was left out in the rain so it was unusable - balcony went out to a main road and is small so not what expected

Cocina estaba bien (limpia y preparada en cuanto enseres) para lo que se emplea en estos apartamentos de un cafe rapido o cena. El apartamente en cuando distribucion esta bien es amplio Toallas perfectas.

La experiencia comenzó con una espera de una hora para recibir la clave de acceso al apartamento. A pesar de haber recibido la confirmación de la reserva, no se facilitó ningún teléfono de contacto. Enviamos dos correos electrónicos sin obtener respuesta. Finalmente, tras contactar con Booking, aproximadamente 50 minutos después recibimos los datos de acceso y la incidencia quedó resuelta. Una vez ya instalados en el apartamento, recibimos un mensaje informándonos de una supuesta sobreocupación y de la imposibilidad de alojarnos allí, facilitándonos la dirección de otro apartamento para trasladarnos. Respondimos indicando que ya nos encontrábamos alojados en el inmueble. La ropa de cama, los edredones, presentaba manchas antiguas y se encontraron algunos pelos, lo que transmitía una sensación de falta de limpieza. El cuarto de baño necesita mejoras en este aspecto. Las baldosas de la zona de la ducha presentan suciedad acumulada y zonas ennegrecidas que deberían limpiarse adecuadamente. Asimismo, sería recomendable aumentar la iluminación del baño, El botiquín del baño no cumple realmente esa función, ya que únicamente sirve como espacio para guardar los rollos de papel higiénico y el secador de pelo. Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es el ruido. Al encontrarse en una calle muy comercial, el nivel sonoro exterior es elevado. Además, a partir de las 08:15 h comienza a sonar un carrillón cada quince minutos, hasta la tarde, lo que puede resultar molesto para quienes buscan descansar. Por último, el edificio no dispone de ascensor y es necesario subir aproximadamente 55 peldaños para acceder al apartamento, circunstancia que conviene tener en cuenta, especialmente para personas con movilidad reducida o que viajen con equipaje pesado. En general, la ubicación es buena, pero existen varios aspectos relacionados con la gestión de la llegada, la limpieza y el mantenimiento que deberían mejorarse para ofrecer una experiencia más satisfactoria a los huéspedes.
