Efficient & friendly check in

It's fine for a night. The place could be nice with a little more effort going into the finishes such as caulking in the bathroom and better cleaning.

Very comfortable and clean.Quiet area and safe

Room was nice. Ice machine had crushed ice. Vending machine had hot sodas, was not even cool. Breakfast was continental style breakfast. When we checked out I asked for a printed receipt (which I have asked and received the past 4 motels) only to be told I could retrieve it online only. They didn’t have to ability due to software to print that receipt. But they could print the room receipt I had to fill out and sign to stay.

There was cat or dog hair all over. I tried to wipe the floor to get rid of some of the hair and floor was dirty. It wasent even mopped.

This is a great place to stay at a reasonable rate. No complaints on any aspects of our stay.

Very clean, updated recently and reasonably priced. Every member of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Also, only about 20-30 minutes to Petrified Forest National Park.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice for the price. The restaurant next to hotel was excellent to eat at. It was nice to just walk across parking lot for dinner.

This was a relatively clean property with rooms that had been refurbished fairly recently. It was a good value for a quick stay. It felt safe and had a good continental breakfast included.

We travel to Holbrook about 2 time a year. After trying several other Hotels we found Greentree. It is a great price, always clean and the people are helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Hotel above most others in Holbrook. It has been newly renovated and is a great place to stay.

Good, comfortable beds and roomy

We couldn’t make it there due to the road getting closed due to snow.

Motel is old, floors above creak when people upstairs walk around. Customer service sucks and there is no breakfast just cereal. We wouldn’t stay here again and we ever stopped in this area again I think we would check out the hotel across the street by Wyndham

No extra toilet paper, broken toilet, very rude front desk person Tracey, no cares with regards to issues. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

This hotel has been recently updated. Clean, comfy beds and has breakfast. Great price!

This was my second stay at this property -- and it is consistently very good. Friendly staff, easy check-in, parking right outside the door and a sweet little restaurant next door -- all a huge plus for roadtrippers. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Walls are a little thin -- but hey, for one night, it's really not a problem.

Specious and clean. Right after checking in I wanted to take shower, but there were no hot water. I went the front desk to ask that fix it or change room. To check another room I, guest, had to go around myself because no one else working at the time. The new room had hot water but all toiletries were not filled enough for two of us.

Completely remodeled. Excellent for the price.

Excellent stop for a single night. Room well equipped, bed comfortable, breakfast well provided. The most sound leakage I experienced was from outside, voices very near the door can be clearly heard inside the room, but this was not a problem at night for us. A surprisingly excellent value, strongly recommended.

Walking distance to a nice restaurant. Property was clean and had a great view from the parking lot.

Negative- Going to the second floor having to use the stairs. Positive- It is a great value and clean for the price. There was ample parking ( we were towing). The bed was comfortable

Unfortunately , shower not as clean as we would have liked-there were hairs in the shower. My bath towel was stained . Breakfast sign advertised waffles but they said no waffles today. Mattress was not comfortable . Sorry, but cannot recommend this property.

We were there for an overnight stay. Honestly i was very happy with the service and the room we stayed in. The room was very clean, the bed was also clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean too. They had towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom and soap and lotion by the sink. The room was spacious for two people. There was also a microwave, fridge and tv with cable which was a nice plus. The only critical things I have would be that the water took a very long time to get hot (understandable since the building is older), and that be wary of their soaps if you have sensitive skin. I had a (very mild) reaction to the soap and it left a rash. But honestly these things are minor , I don't hold it against them. I can't really speak for the breakfast as we didn't eat there, but they do offer it. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet and clean space to rest while in the area!
