We took this trip with our 1 year old. Between crawling and walking in the room his feet, and hands were almost black from the carpet. No visible stains, but they could use a good shampooing for sure. We ended up washing his hands and feet often to keep up.

The lighting was bad in the room and difficult to get ready in the morning. I like to just have water at breakfast and the only place there was water available, that I was told by the person at the front desk, is in the fitness room. The stay was ok but I probably won't start here again.

Called ahead to verify shuttle from airport,which was a big reason for this hotel choice was told as long as i was there before 930p because shuttles were booked for a wedding. Night of check in called at 850 was told all shuttles were carrying wedding guest. But they could book me an uber and bill to my room. Very inconvienent

The room was very comfortable. I liked the layout of the space. Unfortunately, the shower head didn’t work properly. I did have trouble sleeping in the morning due to street traffic and also airplanes flying overhead.

The hotel was clean and bright. Friendly staff. The room was quite spacious and beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was a very strong disinfectant smell in the hallway and our room. Fortunately, our windows opened and we were able to air it out a bit, but still smelled each time we'd leave and re-enter.
The location was very convenient to shopping, dining, and downtown Columbus.
The breakfast was tasty and good variety including hot items.

Check in was super quick and easy. Room was plenty bug enough and everything was very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices. Only bummer is the older lasy who runs it rolled her eyes when my son made a small mess and made him feel terrible when he was going to get napkins to clean up what fell off his plate. She was pleasent enough but the rolled eyes really annoyed me.

The suite was very clean with nice furnishings. I liked the design of the suite...not too big, but a comfortable space. We had a problem with the bathroom sink draining slowly which was taken care of promptly. Accommodating and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

This hotel is just 'ok.' I stayed here because I was flying in late and there was a complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Upon checkin at 10:45pm, I went to my room and the toilet was running. I didn't want to deal with waiting for Maintenance to come help - so I immediately asked for another room. I was given a different room - but it was quite dirty. There was a crushed cracker on the ground, a dried pineapple on the ground, dried liquid on the bedside table, a dead bug in the bathroom sink, purple something all over 1 of the walls. The electronic shade didn't work - so it was like not having a window, at all. The heat didn't work and the outlets weren't strong. Although I made sure all of my electronics were charging before I went to bed - nothing charged all night. I was pretty frustrated. I asked for a different room on my 2nd and last night there and they gave me a much better room. I was disappointed in the service and the lack of care for my terrible experience on night 1. I expected to have a discount taken off my final invoice or a complimentary night for the dirty room on night 1 - but I didn't get anything. The price was right for this location - but don't expect a nice Marriott experience. It was not a very clean hotel. I was pretty disappointed and I don't plan on staying there again.

Great Trip! Even in the midst of a tornado! Nice, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. The location is close to the airport so you’ll hear airplanes until about midnight.

Stay was great! Room was Very clean and quiet. We didn’t even hear the planes taking off/landing at airport nearby. Bed was Sooooo COMFORTABLE! Slept very well and room was like Brand New. VERY CLEAN! We highly recommend staying here.

Didnt care for the way you had to turn on shower. No easy access. The glass closest to shower head was sealed. Otherwise no other complaints. Breakfast was supplied. Rooms clean.

The room was INCREDIBLE, would love to stay longer and enjoy the comfort-- instead of just the convenience for a 5am flight.
It was after 10pm when we checked in --thankfully everything thing was in order for a smooth process, so the desk clerk only had to put down her cell phone for less than 2 minutes AND she managed to check us in by uttering less than 10 words, with zero eye contact.

The property was clean and well cared for. The bathroom area however was not at all conducive to my wife applying her makeup. Lighting was not bright enough. It could also have used a magnifying mirror.
