Check in was amazing. The room was clean with a few exceptions there was mould in some spots in the bathroom that the maids may not have seen. Like under the lip of the sink and around the shower tap. The repairs that were done were not professionally done. Overall a good experience and the staff makes up for some of its downfalls.

Hotel could use updating and the breakfast service included could also use some improvement. They only served toast, fruits and cereal.

Just needed a place to rest for the night. The room did the job. Bed was ok.

I had booked into an accessible room and overall the space was nice. There was no security latch on the deadbolt so that could be an improvement. While the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and comfortable.

Our room was claimed to be recently renovated. If you consider at least 5-10 years ago then maybe.
The walls & floors are paper thin - you can hear every noise. The room above was pacing all night.
In the room across the hall the guy was smoking, refused to stop and argued with the night clerk. Aside from the noise I had to stuff towels under my door to try to block the smell but still our clothes stank. When I complained to the day staff they claimed they didn't smell anything, even when I took 3 of them to the offending room.
Breakfast on weekends ends at 9 - most places end an hour later on the W/E. And this even when daylight savings time just occurred.
I met a lady who has stayed here before and she also had the same issues (no idea why she came back).
On the positive side the bed was comfortable, they had great water pressure and hot water.

It was a bad experience.
They gave me a dirty and smelly room first. The second one was broken (The main door lock, Lamps and bed). I will never suggest anyone to stay at this place.

That hotel met our needs. It would have been nice if our king bed had king pillows instead of standard size. It was quiet and our room had upgraded floors and shower insert.

It was close to the places that we wanted to go to. The staff was quick to get us the towels that were missing in our room. The only negative thing was hearing people talking upstairs during the night.

i’ve stayed here once before and the room was outdated yes, but definitely more clean. none of our outlets worked which was an inconvenience. there also was a huge chunk of hair from the drain in the garbage can as the hair catcher was just sitting out on the counter. the bathtub also was lined with dirt….

Service and staff were very friendly. He let us use the breakfast area to have our dinner with 5 families. We had noisy neighbors though. 😒

The beds were good, the heater in our room was quiet, the vinyl flooring clean. You shouldn't expect to have USB plugs, or new furniture, or the newest towels. Staff were friendly, and it was easy to check in and out.

I have nothing bad to say about Lexington Inn. The rates are great, the rooms are comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing to us and kind. We did unfortunately have a room that didn’t have a dresser which was a bummer but that is all. Our kids like the continental breakfast because they have delicious juices to choose from!

The door to our room was wide open when we got there and we were missing towels. When we asked the gentleman at the front desk about the wash clothes, he just gave us a hand towel and said that would do and that housekeeping must have forgotten to close our door.
Besides that, the toilet paper kept falling on the floor because the fixture was broken and I noticed a bit of mold near the heating/AC unit when I turned the heater on.

The hallway carpets were filthy and obviously hadn't been vacuumed recently. The toilet paper holder was broken. The pillow slips were dingy and yellowed.

Firstly, it was a budget-friendly hotel. Excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly as well.

The rooms I booked had not been cleaned. One room reeked of cigarettes. The other had feces in the toliet, underwear and other sexual costumes in the bed. The light fixtures were sparking and not working properly. When asked for housekeeping to come and clean the room we were told nobody was able to come and clean the rooms. We went to the front desk and were told housekeeping had left at 3 and there were no other rooms available to accommodate our party. The locks on the doors were also broken.

I stayed at the Lexington Inn for one night while visiting Windsor. The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and the city center, and has a free shuttle service and free parking. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance.

Despite being a non-smoking property, our room stank of cigarettes smoke. Instead of switching our rooms, they sprayed an air freshener. We needed to open the window and turn on the heater all night.

This property is rundown and attempts to upgrade it fall short. The common areas were dirty. Our room locked a drain in the bath lack of towels, holes in the wall.
There is currently a lot of children and families of immigrants housed in the motel. They continue to run the hallways long into the evening hours, causing a lot of noise.

Had an amazing time at the hotel! Super friendly staff, rooms were super clean, and the location was perfect. Totally recommend it!
