The hotel itself was fairly modern-looking, had a pretty nice complimentary breakfast, accessible parking, and was clean and comfortable. Check-in time was 3 p.m. However, we arrived about 3:20 in the afternoon and our room was not ready and wouldn’t be for 45 minutes (it was more like an hour). My disabled husband, who was very tired after a long drive, was forced to sit in his wheelchair in the lobby for all that time. By the time I finally got him settled in the room, I had missed much of an 2-hour event that began at 4:00. We had an accessible room with a “roll-in” shower, but it couldn’t be used because the water was scalding hot. The cold was non-existent. We washed using the sink, which did have both hot and cold water. On the surface, the hotel was nice, but those 2 big annoyances prompted a less than glowing review.

This property is under rated, this is not a bad hotel at all. The only problem at this point in time which will get corrected probably within the next 5 to 7 days is the construction around it leading to the hotel. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

Construction going on around the roads leading to the property was inconvenient. Tried to change my reservation, they provided 0 empathy, compassion or willingness to work with me. The noice above me the first night by very loud slamming noise above me. The second morning we were woken up by a screaming child in the hallway at 6:15am that lasted for 30 minutes.

Staff was great easy check in/out helpful. Parking good.breakfast typical. Only complaint was strong chemical smell when we enter hotel maybe new flooring or cleaning carpet not sure but they need deodorizing agents in hotel rooms humidity made everything feel damp? Clothing bedding etc and towels have musky smell. Should smell fresh/clean. Overall would recommend them I think just honest opinion from me.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Great attitudes! However, the rooms were bad. The first room was wet and mold was on the wall. We were moved to another room, there was no plug for the bathtub, the microwave screamed, the smoke detector was wrapped in tape, everything smelled bad, there was no place to hang anything. Not even towels, and the lamp was rusted.

The property was in a good area but the property was very outdated. Our hotel room didn't have any cable so my small kid's couldn't watch television. They lied and said they had direct tv but really they only had 4-5 stations. The phone in my room didn't work. They said the phone works sometimes. I never stayed at a hotel and had these problems. I pray they update their hotel.

It was ok…room had a musty smell like it had been flooded..(there was a dehumidifier running in the room) .one of the lights by the bed was held together with duct tape and the milk was sour at breakfast

I love the location and quiteness. My issue is that they didn't clean my room . I was gone all morning and everybody checkout on our floor but nobody clean the room. The breakfast was okay but the eggs and biscuit hard and no jelly.

The only reason I booked the hotel was because it had a pool and it was so nasty we could not even swim in it so we did not stay the third night, and they refused to refund my money for that night I will not stay there again

Online they were saying they had listings things you got there and you see any of that. people hanging outside in front of the hotel. No I spend one night and I live I went to Margarita Village. I didn’t care about the money. It was not safe.
