One night stay.. gulf view had nice breeze and nice room. Best part is the people who work there… kind and wiling to help with anything. Sone construction going on in front but it shuts down at 5. Walked across across the road to the beach…

The rooms were the best part of the entire place. The casino is small and dated. Most of the slots were Dragon Links or Lightning Links. The table dealers were low skilled. There were only two elevators for the entire place, which were slow and busy all the time.

We had a non smoking room and it still smelled of smoke. The bed was very low to the ground and not comfortable. The room was clean. The hallways were dark. The hotel was ok, but the smoke smell was awful.

Check in was easy and fast. Very pleasant desk peson. Room was in good shape. Bed was comfortable and amenities all fine. My only complaint is that the chair to the desk is on rollers and the floor is polished and slippery and it's difficult to sit in chair and not slip around. There should be a mat or rug.

The experience was very good! We went for the crab buffet and it was very good as well - crabs, shrimp, and gumbo!

This was our first time and it was wonderful. We got a balcony and the view was beautiful. I enjoyed our stay and we will return in the summer.

We had a great time at this property. Food was good but not enough restaurants inside of it and limited seating in the dining area but overall was good. There was broken glass beer bottles all in the parking lot so you have to be careful where you park and walk.

Resort seems a bit old, though rooms seemed updated. Staff friendly. Seafood buffet excellent! Downside casino was not non-smoking! A bit overpriced for area and compared to other casinos in the area.

People next to us smoking pot. Was not able to sit out on our balcony with the ocean view due to the smell of pot. What a shame since I paid for the view with a balcony. You could smell it in the hall way. Surely the staff could smell it.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Treasure Bay Casino Hotel. It's right on the beach, nice comfortable beds and spacious room with the Casino just steps away. The buffet was good and easy free parking is available.

Everything was perfect. The receptionist, the valet and housekeeping. We couldn’t work the beautiful big tv and housekeeping came and gave us a short tutorial and then everything was perfect. I absolutely loved the shower.

They never let me check in and they didn’t want to refund my booking. I booked an hour before I showed up on Monday. They told me I had to cancel on Sunday. I said how if I booked today online can you give a deadline from yesterday

I was not able to check-in at 4pm as stated in the check-in policy. The clerk said the room was not ready because it was still being cleaned. She didn't offer any other room for check-in nor offer anything for the inconvenience.

The room and accommodations were excellent. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. The grits tasted like sanitation solution, it was bad…I immediately asked for my refund! I know the cooks were probably making the best of a bad situation, but the food need to re-evaluated…nothing was edible!

Treasure Bay is always a nice to place to stay. I've stayed at least once at all the other casino hotels in Biloxi and this one, to me, is the best!
