Very nice hotel, lovely staff. Nice room, bathroom needs a little sprucing up, door jams are rusted and air conditioning made loud noises, but enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed.

Room smelled clean when I walked in but once spry wore off like Dog ! Could be from people in adjoining room that had 2 dogs . But rooms nicely redone and comfortable.

The overall stay was fine the room was okay , I just was a little disappointed that it wasn't the two rooms that we normally get, The breakfast was okay.... My check-in was good with Michael I was able to check in a little earlier but my check out was okay as well I guess but the guy wasn't able to print me a receipt.

This hotel is absolutely adorable. It's a comfortable home you are a guest in and the amenities are perfect for a quick get away. The breakfast is exceptional for a free breakfast buffet. And the furniture in our suite appeared newly updated. Unfortunately, I have a little more to say on the negative side than the positive. The floors were not clean.There was small pieces of garbage we found and we felt our feet sticking. We asked to have them clean while we were away and it was evident this cleaning occurred. However, it appeared to be a spot clean. There was ketchup still stuck on the kitchen floor. We had not eaten or drank in the room. Upon further exploration, we found mold on the walls in the bathroom, 3 hairs in the supposedly clean shower we had not yet used, rust and grime built up on the floor near the toilet and the base of the toilet, soap scum built up on the shower wall behind the soap provided that I was easily able to scrub away myself, spots all over the full body closet door mirror that left me questioning if it had been cleaned in the last month, grimed visible on table top surfaces, a hair tie on the bathroom counter behind the tissues left from previous guests, and poor craftsmanship throughout the room including an exposed wire above the main entry door. The only reason we slept here is because my wife could smell the bleach on the sheets but she couldn't even bring herself to shower here. We will not return.

Hotel needs detailed renovations. Paint. moldings, elevators etc. Everything works but the place needs a further detailed makeover.

Our experience was great! Guest service was friendly. They provided cleaning services to our room daily while supplying anything running low in our room, we didn’t even have to ask. The amenities were great, clean and family friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. The courtyard was beautiful as well as the eating area. We had a great experience.

Very pleasant Staff, beautiful landscape, upscale decor. Breakfast was OK; continental. The main reason that said this hotel apart for me and had me confirm my booking what is the hopes of being able to enjoy their hot tub and indoor pool unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy the hot tub. I was tied up trying to find a way to wash my clothes on the property because the night that I arrived, the ATM machine wasn’t working even upon my check out it wasn’t working and the front desk was short kings quarters ultimately my laundry altered my plans and took up some of the time that I thought I would have head. I did try to still salvage and create some room in my schedule even with the washer and dryer situation at the property throwing me off but unfortunately for me it was occupied from the time that I woke up trying to sort out the issue with my laundry from the night before into my check out day so I was not able to enjoy the hot tub. I was only allowed check out till noon in spite of all difficulties , for whatever reason they were unable to make the charge of the laundry on my room which would’ve rectify the matter and had save me time that I could’ve utilize to get to the hot tub. Otherwise pleasant hotel. Disappointed I didn’t get to try the hot tub since it was the center of why I I made reservations here/there

Great place for families, big rooms. If you are not a pet fan, you must tell front desk to put you away from 1st floor. Good breakfast. It's 10-15 min walk away from nearest store, so not good if you depend on Uber/Lyft.

Hotel was fine, staff very friendly. we were there just 2 nights and only to sleep. Room was nice, clean, but tired looking. The A/C didn't work great, but the windows opened and it was cold out, s that cooled the room off. The fridge was stuck on the coldest setting and froze everything we put in there. The bathroom sink drained slowly. We let the hotel know when we checked out. I would stay here again

Great Room, easy free parking and a good (Included) breakfast. Desk staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The property is run down. The sink was leaking the whole time and did not get repaired despite requests. The jacuzzi never worked and was not repaired. The fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Very happy with our stay here. Room was nice and clean. Staff friendly and free breakfast was very well done and very complete. Would stay here any time. Daughter’s family had a dog in her room and the dog is why we stayed here but we would stay here even without a dog guiding that decision.

I just wanted to commend the front desk receptionist who was amazing during our check in! Katie was friendly, helpful and a delight to chat with!

We had a very nice stay. Very clean, staff was accommodating and having breakfast was a treat.

First night was very peaceful and quiet. Second night the people in the adjoining room were very inconsiderate. Very loud and noisy at 2 am. and again at 7am. Felt like they were in our room. Room is a bit dated but they are doing renovations.

It’s a very nice hotel. The location is very good. Bedroom is awesome. Breakfast is the best. We are very happy here.

We always look forward to coming! Love this hotel!!!
