Visited for a basketball tournament and it was an excellent stay.

Everything was nice except one little issue. I don’t know if it was urine stains or cleaner stains that wasn’t wiped properly running down the front of the toilet. Either way I cleaned it myself and enjoyed the rest of my stay.

Love that the hotel is attached to the casino and resort where many sports activities and conventions take place. But, the mini-fridge in our room wasn't working. And there was only a thin cover on top of the bed... would be better with at least a blanket in the closet.

There were 2 bartenders that were very rude. One told us he was too busy to serve us when we waited in line for over 10 minutes. He reluctantly gave us drinks.

Place is amazing.

I didn’t like that I paid for 1 king and then they didn’t have a king available at check in, also the hot tub wasn’t available to use and I don’t like that they failed to mention a facility fee.

My sister and I decided on a last minute trip. We had a blast!! Definitely coming back. Bummed the hot tub wasn’t working but pool areas were nice.

All they care about is getting you in and out as cheaply as possible for them and as expensive as possible for you. What a disappointing rip off. Except for the chains the food was uniformly terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Stayed there for my birthday. No options/fanfare available for special occasion. Nothing offered (discount for a meal or a free drink) like I have had at other hotels. Overall great amenities and atmosphere. I would stay again.

The hotel is very convenient for the tournament at Mohegan. I do find that your rooms are average and even dated. The shampoo in my shower was either almost empty or broken. The parking is very convenient and free. The room rates are high for what one gets and spends in a weekend at the Sun.

Room never was cleaned

Reserved a room for 3 adults, 1 king bed, and one pull out couch. Paid alot of money as it was a Saturday night on a 3 day weekend with 2 sold out shows. The room did not have pillows and blanket for the pullout couch, or bath and wash towels for 3 people. We called to get more pillows and a blanket and were told they would be delivered to the room within 30 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and then had to leave because we had tickets to a show. We got back later that evening and no pillows or blanket were delivered, but there were 2 messages on the phone that they were. We called again for the pillows and blanket and were told they didn't have any. It was a horrible night. Then the next morning we checked out and then waited over an hour to get our car from the valet parking. When we complained about the pillows and blanket we were told we should have spent another $500 and upgraded the room. Really? The room was reserved for 3 people, but it wasn't serviced that way. It had nothing to do with an upgrade. Terrible. I doubt we will ever stay here again.

Good customer service, clean room, but could get a refresh update of the equipment and better bed pillows and mattress. Area around is pretty industrial and doesn't feel like you are in casino resort. Restaurants were absolutely great!

I loved the I can walk with kids and family in the entire casino and everywhere else arou the place.

Wouldn’t give even 30 minute late check out. Pillows like rocks. Coffee place in elevator lobby never opened on a Sunday.

The hotel room was beautiful, the staff with whom we interacted was very friendly and professional. The room service breakfast was amazing! Cooked perfectly, had everything we might need. We enjoyed the pool as well! The choices of restaurants was fabulous.
