Sunscape Coco Punta Cana - All Inclusive

The lower numbered buildings are where you need to stay. Trust me. The food was mediocre. But George our personal concierge took care of any little question or concern we had. He was amazing! George is a great asset to Sunscape coco.

The property is the dream vacation you expect. Our room was always clean in the timely matter. We thank Carmencita a lot, she even came in, lined up our shoes, organized our belongings and put them in front of us. We never felt like our belongings were unsecured. The staff of the resort was phenomenal, Yurke was the sweetest at the sunscape club pool bar, she went above and beyond to get us drinks, even if she didn’t have the item, she would find anything to make our drinks. Ariela at the kaleidoscope host stand always had a wonderful smile every time we came in. I don’t remember the name of the servers we had, but they even started remembering how we liked our coffee, our allergies, our seating preference, and it felt very personalized. Our vacation was long enough that within the first three days they learned everything by paying attention, and they provided an exceptional service. Nicholas at the Sharky bar was awesome. The ladies at the host stand at Tierra were awesome too. The entertainment was definitely 10 out of 10 except for the variety show night the dancers didn’t know what they were doing half of the time BUTA seeing how pissed the host was that night at the dancers was just super funny, I believe his name is Chocolate and we loved him. We would definitely come back!

VIP was good

We stayed at this hotel for nine days with my four-year-old child, and overall we were very happy with our stay. We stayed in a separate area where the pools were shared only by guests from two buildings. It was a little quieter, more peaceful, and felt very clean, which we really appreciated, especially while travelling with a young child. The hotel itself is very pleasant, and any questions or small issues we had were resolved immediately. The food was also surprisingly good. I was three months pregnant and struggling with nausea, but I still enjoyed eating at the restaurant. There was always a great variety of fresh food prepared right in front of us, and our child enjoyed the meals as well. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best season for swimming in the sea because of the seaweed. However, there were so many activities and entertainment options at the hotel that we never got bored. The only thing I found a little annoying was the beach vendors constantly approaching guests and offering their services. Since the hotel already has shops and provides all the necessary services and excursions, I found this unnecessary and sometimes quite intrusive. That said, I don't think this is specific to this hotel, as it seems to be common in many resorts. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. Everything was convenient and easily accessible, and I never felt like I had to go far to find anything I needed. We had a very enjoyable stay!
