Comfortable and nice. Was surprised that you need to pay to park on a open lot.

So my family and I went to this hotel for memorial day weekend and was not pleased. Upon arrival, the check in process was smooth, the young lady who helped us check in was amazing. After driving three hours, we wanted to spend some time in the pool before it closed and it got dark. When we got to the pool, we noticed a layer of white film at the surface of the pool. Of course I did not allow my six month old or 10 year old in the pool. We went to concierge to ask about a cleaning & What's going on & was told the weekend was busy they haven't had time to clean & it's from the oil from peoples skin etc. Frustrated, so we left to find something to do & upon arrival no one was at the desk.
We gave it half an hour, called to register the two vehicles & ask for more towels but no one answered.
Not to mention, the bed literally felt like it was split in half & was very uncomfortable. Not the greatest family weekend away!

Toilet seat covered in pee and beard clippings. Washcloth w fresh blood stain, other towels damp from use and folded. One kleenex was fluffed out of dispenser, rest of box empty. Mattress was completely shot, sat in it and went straight to base with springs catching and twanging all the way. Pillows had strong smell of somthing like a wet dog slept on them and went moldy. Wasn't expecting this from a Marriott chain hotel, felt cheap and lack of oversight. Would give worse rating but front desk staff was pleasant and efficient, and fairly decent breakfast.

Unfortunately, the room photos show on Hotels.com are NOT ACCURATE. All photos show suites, but we we given a standard room, not a suite. I did explain this to the manager, and hopefully the photos will be corrected. This amounts to false advertising. All said, the room was not horrible for the price, and everything was clean. My only complaint was a fairly poor and uncomfortable mattress.

Room was even better -- clean, crisp, 100%functional A/C, very comfy and moderately firm bed, and lots of hot water in the shower.

There was a mix-up in the reservation, when i made it online: i had it for 4/4/24 - 4/6/24 but when we arrive the clerk informs me that the system had the reservation for 4/18/24. So we arranged a different reservation at a nearby hotel. We never stayed at Fairfield Inn

This hotel was extremely clean and well decorated. The room was spotless and spacious. The mattresses were firm, which I don't prefer, but most people do. :-) The complementary breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I've had. They had egg white frittatas; sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on English muffins; fresh scrambled eggs; fresh bacon; several options for bread; cooked oatmeal; a toppings bar with granola, nuts, etc.; fresh fruit; yogurt; a waffle station; cereal; and more. The coffee was also better than most hotel coffee. I highly recommend this hotel, especially the staff, who are friendly and efficient.

An easy and comfortable stay. Very convenient to the highway and multiple dining options very near by. Staff were all very nice. I can recommend for anyone traveling through the area

My visit was full of interesting obstacles; our phone was broken, the WiFi would randomly disconnect, and worst of all... the closet shelves were cut and raw. (I placed my clothes on the rack and was deeply cut. I tried to make the complaint to the manager but he was unavailable at the time. Lastly, i joined breakfast at 8:37am one day, and they were missing a dew items. We searched for an attendant for a few minutes before i discovered she was cleaning in the back. I knocked on the door, she looked irritated and slowly approached the door. I asked if there were bacon and bottled waters remaining. She "rolled" her eyes and reluctantly produced the items. She then came out with a pan of rather "uncooked" bacon and tongs, asked me "how much do you want?" (Embarrassing and Rude). She later came to me to explain, it was "time" to close so she was in the back. While she didnt have to try and explain, i could tell she regretted her initial response to the customers. I told her it was fine and to enjoy her day ahead

This was a last minute booking. We were please with the ease of checking in, breakfast was nice and hot that is a very plus plus, the person in charge was very attentive. The front desk girl assured me that the rooms were very clean. I felt I could trust her, I usually Lyzol and handwipe all the furniture tops and bathroom. I felt comfortable enough not to have to run out and get Lyzol which I usually have with me but this time I forgot.

Absolutely loved the diversity of the staff. The best hospitality I’ve received in a long time. The manager allowed a later checkout for myself and guests. The shopping center is directly across as well. The Christmas decor was spectacular! I would highly recommend this stay.

The air conditioner and heat were slow to respond, to the point where I don’t think they were operating correctly. When checking, in mid-afternoon, I was told that they couldn’t provide a room with two beds because my reservation was through Orbitz and I originally reserved a King. Few things worse than employees who are empowered to do the right thing when there’s negligible downside.

As was before it's exceptional and the best thing about this hotel is there's and there was no pets especially dogs since the majority of people fallow each other.

The Fairfield Hotel had everything we needed, is in a very good location near White Marsh Mall, room was clean and service desk was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would improve was the older 36" TV.

Exceptionally clean . Room comfortable and price was great! Breakfast was very good- a nice surprise after some reviews. Front Desk cheerful and very helpful. Our new go-to when visiting family in the area.
