As far as the hotel itself it was fine. Nothing amazing but generally clean and quiet. Check in was easy. Make sure if you book through hotels.com or any other booking website you watch your card. I paid through hotels.com and when I checked my account La Quinta had also pulled a random 86.75. Thinking this was an incidental charge (weird that it was that number) I waited 2 days. When it didn’t reverse I tried calling, of course the manager was gone so I emailed, twice no response. I’ve called again and the manager is either busy or not there and can’t seem to call back. Now I’m stuck going to my bank and disputing said charge, I’m just thankful I could go without the money awhile, but what if it was someone who couldn’t? Very shady and scammy to me

Check in staff were great and pleasant. Room was clean and the handicapped bathroom was a bonus.

Front desk attendant was very rude at check in. Did not care to give us any other room options, had a "take it or leave it" type of attitude. While walking down the hall to the room we experienced a foul gas type of odor. When we walked into the room assigned to us it had a very foul/noxious odor that instantly made the two of us feel sick. Front desk attendant didn't really seem to care, and as we had booked through a third party site said to take it up with them. We could not stay at this hotel and would not recommend it as there were much better choices in this city as we found out.

Pool and hot tub were closed. Pillows uncomfortable. Had to reprogram room keys after a day. BreKfast was ok. Managers special happy hour food was mot great and no longer included beer and wine.

Check in took a long time as there were many people in lineup.
The stay was good overall except the last evening our tv did not work so went down to front desk and they were so busy there, they were unable to provide assistance.

We have stayed here before with no issues but this time it’s was terrible, front seat wasn’t friendly at all. Our room wasn’t cleaned, rust & mold around the shower paper in the corner behind the door. Went to turn the bed down nearest the door & it looked like someone peed the bed yellow streak down the idle of the sheet, so disgusting slept in the chair. Wanted a refund but was denied

The room was in bad condition…the tub appeared to have some sort of excrement in it and no one was able to use it. The chair in the room was stained beyond belief…we had to lay a jacket on top of it before seating. The hallways also had large black garbage bags laying on the floor (we were in the West wing) and it smelled horrible across the whole floor. If we had arrived earlier, we would have made complaints to the desk. We just slept and left in the morning without stopping for even a coffee. It was the worst stay at this hotel we’ve had and will never come back.

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel, when greeted we were told that they do not offer alcohol at their cocktail hour because they had let their liquor license expire. Room was clean, pillows and mattresses could use some upgrading as one of our beds was really lumpy and the pillows left something to be desired. The hallway was super noisy all night,we weren’t able to have the fan running constantly on the air conditioner so you heard a lot of the noise throughout the night. Overall it was clean, staff was friendly and it did the job.

Selected location based on availability of items like a hot tub. When we checked in were informed Hot Tub was out of order for "the weekend". Water pressure on 4th floor made it so having a hot shower wasn't even a viable alternative to the missing hot tub.

Staff was kind and helpful, however picked the hotel for the pool (4 kids). Pool area wasn’t super clean, pool water was very cold (pretty much unusable) and hot tub not in service. Next morning still no hot tub and pool not in service. Was OK for just sleeping, not so much a good kid experience

The daytime check in lady needs to be more customer friendly.
The sloppy joe hamburger mix was the WORST I EVER TASTED. One bite and it spit it out. The morning biscuit gravy was barely warm and same with sausage.. Other wise hotel facilies was EXCELLENT.

We were not allowed to check in 15 minutes early because we weren't reward members and told we could pay $25 if we wanted to check in early. I could understand 1 hour but the 15 minutes seemed a little extreme. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

Very unfriendly front desk personnel.
Lack of utensils in the kitchen which we did ask for more but never received any. Several of the lighting & plugs did not function. We had to ask twice to have them properly fixed. We would not stay here again nor recommend it.

Check in was fairly quick, however with only one elevator and a line up to use it we opted to use the stairs. Entering our room, it was fine. Comfortable, what we expected. However the bathtub and washroom in general had seen better days. Pink shower bacteria all around the outside of the bathtub and n the caulking in the tub. Corners also had it. Looked like it hadn’t had a quality clean in some time. Breakfast options were decent the next morning, but there were no plates, only bowls to use. When asked, the employee was not very polite or impressed that plates were asked for and she brought out a stack of paper plates and tossed them on the breakfast counter.

Hotel was super clean, air freshener in lobby was ridiculously strong. Room clean comfortable, beds had definite sag in middle, made sleeping uncomfortable. Hotel staff at check in was great, the evening staff moody and rude!! Breakfast was fantastic!

Kids loved the pool area.
Continental breakfast is one of the better ones I’ve seen. Lots of options and they kept filling up the trays as they were emptied.
Can’t beat the price.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, friendly staff, pretty clean. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were like lying on a block of concrete. Biggest complaint: I don’t know why hotels use either scented laundry soap or dryer sheets. Couldn’t hardly breathe, stuffed up, got hives. There are a lot of people with fragrance allergies, you would think hotels would be mindful of this. When I called the hotel to ask if they used scent in their laundry she stated I don’t know and we’re all booked anyway which they obviously weren’t because I booked my room 2 hours after that phone call. All other staff were very nice. Nice place, just need to go fragrance free, including the cleaning products.

When we went to check in a couple minutes early the lady got snotty and wanted early check in fee!?! Really we left before 11 checkout???? Do I get an early checkout refund? Hotel is very strange we could not find elevator to our rooms???

Came to town for Dr appts. Brought this kids to play in the pool. Was a fantastic stay. Beds were comfy, it was quiet and pool was clean. Only ding I gave was there was some damage to the wall in the bathroom that should probably be fixed

Was a very nice hotel. Breakfast was good, except it was the same thing every morning for 3 days. Nice and quiet, comfy bed.
Stayed 3 days and didnt have my room cleaned once. Had to give the housekeeper my dirty towels, and take trash to external trashcan by elevator. Only had my do not disturb sign on my door at night time, and was gone for most of the days. I could have called the front desk, but oh well.

Staff was friendly.
Room was almost great. The beds were made a little sloppy, upon further investigation the coverlets were filthy, 1 comforter was a little on the dirty side. There was an old stain on the curtains. I don't think the bathroom was cleaned well. There was toothpaste on the sink counter top. An open soap bar was left in the tub. The door looked fine and the deadbolt locked, but the extra lock was broken and non-existent. Nothing we complained about to the desk.
Breakfast was good. They had waffles, eggs, sausage links, coffee, nice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and breads.
I would give them another chance.
