My stay was great, a beautiful place.

On the water is nice

Property is away from town on a quiet beach. Walk about 500 feet on the beach and you are now on State property without a soul nearby. In hindsight, I would have gotten a bigger room on the beach side of the hotel.

Ocean front rooms have their own patio area with a bbq. Occasional loud guests

Pleased with our overnight stay at this venue and overall would recommend to other families. Some observations: the room(s) were smaller than expected, and front / rear doors did not have child locks. We have a 2 and 5 year old boys who liked to wonder out. The big bonus was the outside seating / bbq area on the beach side rear door. Unfortunately it was a short say so we did not make use of this area. However we were able to use the beach and resort pool which kept the boys very happy, dad busy and mom able to relax beach-side. Would consider staying here again.

Exactly what I wanted for a quick getaway to Montauk. I rented a studio that had its own patio, and I was basically on the beach! Beautiful area, just a few minutes away from Montauk and, of course, the eponymous lighthouse at The End of Long Island.

Quite room. Easy access to ocean.

The place is great for 1 couple or couple with children. My reservation was 3 adults, requested 2 queen beds, got 1 king and a pullout. Pullout was uncomfortable, king bed was comfortable. Website needs to be clear on room accommodation. Otherwise, I will definitely be back - 2 adults only per room/unit.

We drove 11 hours to attend a fall wedding in Montauk. Our unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was located only steps from the beach and the area outside the back door was perfect for eating or just relaxing on lounge chairs. We may go back for a longer stay in the future.

This place was amazing, clean room, with beautiful grounds. My only complains was the room circulation. For some reason the AC did not work well in our room and it made it tough to have a good night's rest. Everything else though, was super relaxing.

Very peaceful and easy place. Easy parking. Clean bright room with nice balcony and view. Easy one minute stroll to beach with convenient, complimentary beach chair, towels, and umbrella setup. Centrally located, clean pool with real deep end (10 ft), swings, basketball court, small playground, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay!

Amazing stay as usual. Great stay and love the amenities here: open the door & the beach is right outside, pool, tennis court, easy parking, recreation room, gym faculty. Excellent customer service and really enjoyed my stay.

Our stay was more than we had hoped for! The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the amenities available were wonderful.

Excellent location on beach. Very peaceful, not many people around. Pool was open and not busy. Also, it was heated which was nice since the weather was a bit cool. Room was clean, remodeled, but not brand new (and some fixtures were loose). Kitchenette worked out well enough for simple breakfasts and lunches (who wants to cook on vacation) and terrace was nice but wet from rain. Sofabed was not that comfortable but that's how sofabeds usually work. Contactless checkin worked out really well but staff is available for questions. Lovely getaway.
