Excellent only suggestion is there need to be some lights at the drive up entrance, we passed the entrance due to inadequate lighting.
Other than that the stay was awesome.

Overall it was good, didn’t spend much time there. We were to go to Foxwoods. But the toilet and bed situation needs great improvement. Really it’s 2024 no one has floor height toilets any more, time to up grade them. For someone my age (late 70’s). It’s scary dropping down so low and getting up is an even more stressful feat. The bed need up grades as well, what you call pillows are no more than marshmallows, most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had.

Really good but I thought I had reserve a king handicap with Jaguzzi. I was dissappointed.

Check-in/out was great. Staff was INCREDIBLE! Central to everything. Room could have been laid out better, for better use of space.

We loved it but the$75 pet fee is a bit much and also the fact that they don't give you free water. The tv is very small as well.

The place was great. The staff was amazing. Very convenient to the casino however, the only thing I wish they had was a shuttlebus. The reason why we stayed here was not only because the facility was beautiful, but it was close to the casino and thought there would be a shuttle bus to get us back-and-forth. We had to take a Uber Uber both ways. it would’ve been more convenient if the shuttle service was still available other than that we had a great day and enjoyed being there

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was professional and friendly. Only critique is that the rooms need to have a usb port like most hotels do now..

Loved the stay overall. The pillows were not to my taste though. Didn't realize that I could have called for different ones. Wish there were instructions regarding the heating vents. Didn't sleep well bc of the noise and didn't know how to resolve the issue.

Recently stayed overnight while attending a show at Foxwoods. Service was great, everything was easily accessible. Room was clean and comfortable. Ordered breakfast in the morning and it was delicious.

Ran out of toilet paper literally when we got there and for$355 for one night I should of had a whirlpool tub nothing exciting won't spend that again but def. Ok just super overpriced

Check in a lady was helping anither couple.. it was about 6pm. Another couple were having issues with their reservation..she was so calm,so sweet and kept smiling..you need more of her. The man that checked me in never smiled, not thst i have to have that but nice.tough im sure bc of the line thst formed.but the women was incredible..and stay..thank you
