Peaceful, clean lots of room,
The staff was wonderful. Gave us a lot of help with what to do with the road closure.

This hotel is older, but the staff taking care of it was hard working and friendly. I stayed at a Hilton last week and our room, bathroom, and bedding was equally as clean. Thank you!

Great time! The staff were all very nice and they addressed any issues I had, which were few. The only issue really was on my check out day I noticed some puddling below the bathroom sink which I think was because of the slow drain, but I told them about it on check out and they said thanks for letting them know and that they would have their maintenance person check it out. The motel is clean with a beautiful view of the mouth of the Columbia River. I will definitely consider staying again.

Astoria crest Hotel is a well kept secret. The view is absolutely stunning. The room is definitely no-frills stay but you have everything you need a microwave a mini fridge a bed and a bath. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the river as well.

This motel had so much potential - an outdoor hot tub, beautiful setting, nice breakfast options, noon checkout. What’s not to love? The room - hadn’t been updated since the ‘60s - 70s. Old furnishings & bathroom, minimal lighting, stained patio, soft mattress. But it was basic & fit our basic needs for two nights, just not where we’d want to stay for a longer time. Staff was very helpful & friendly.

The bed in our room ( queen ) was not comfortable and felt like we were sleeping in a hole from center of mattress sagging/ compressed from being worn out.

Very pleasant large, King room with panoramic view of the Columbia River. Nice breakfast though it could have used some bacon & some fresh fruit. Everything was nice and bright & clean. Friendly staff that made folks feel welcome.

Everyone was so nice, the room was really clean and the bed... OMG.... So comfortable. Normally motels like that have overly firm beds but this one was perfect. I was in room 111

I stay here all the time and will continue to. But the bed was very uncomfortable. Also the shower curtain smelled of mildew.

Stayed two nights. Clean & Comfortable, nice people. Room is comfortable size. No air conditioning, but RARELY needed at the coast - and we didn’t need it. 😊 Furniture in nice shape, NOT worn. We had a King bed, way too soft but surprisingly comfortable! My back did NOT hurt either morning! THAT was a pleasant surprise.

We had our dog and were concerned about what "pet friendly" meant - but there were a number of dog families there and everyone was well behaved. Plus, the surcharge for a dog was less than anyone else. The location of our room made it extremely easy to take the pup out to do her business (and pick it up / dispose of it)
The accommodations were clean and comfortable - not fancy but we didn't want a Hyatt, the breakfast had many options. The staff was quickly available both when we checked in and out. The view is wonderful being right on the Columbia.

The room was very clean. I prefer a bed with more support. It was not terrible but not as good as I have had at other hotels. To be fair it also cost less than other hotels.

It was a very relaxing getaway for me and my wife. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the view was beautiful and atmosphere was so relaxing. It was quiet and perfect for us both. I definately would stay again. Thanks so much for everything!!

Great view and private location just outside all the towns amenities. It was a great place for a quick stay. It’s a bit old, but clean and wonderful staff!!

Worst customer service experience I have had at a hotel. Staff member was rude. Complained to the manger and she was even worse. We will never stay at the hotel again. So many other choices in Astoria to stay where you are treated with respect.
We have stayed her numerous times before. The property is really run down and clearly the quality of staff has declined too

The property is beautiful, with views of the river and Astoria bridge. The rooms were comfortable, however the walls are super thin and we were woke at 5:30am by our neighbor having a loud phone conversation. We could here every word. We ended up plugging in a fan and drowned out the noise. They do have breakfast but we did not partake.

Older property so the walls aren't that thick. Could hear the guests next door. Good location. Most rooms have a nice view of the Columbia River. Mattress was old and a little saggy. Staff were good. Breakfast was OK, no hot food, except waffles.
Suggestion, install a streetlight at the entrance so you can see the entrance driveway. During the dark winter months, it's hard to see and turn into the motel. Highway US30 is busy in all directions.

The hot tub is amazing whether rain or sun , staff is always so nice , the beds and room are always so clean and super comfy, and the view is very beautiful.

Breakfast was perfect just the right amount of choices perfect timing . Super happy that check out wasn't until noon.
