Super cute place!

Excellent place to stay, very convenient location with plenty to do. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of food. The coffee great. A big bonus, a great nights sleep on a very comfortable mattress. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot in Maine.

I needed to be closer to Boston for a medical appointment the next morning. I happened upon this older motel and it was delightful. Robin’s greeting and orientation set the tone for a nice quiet evening. Breakfast options were served and the other guests were pleasant company. I would gladly stay here again. Good vibes, good value. Yes, the building shows some age but it’s clean and comfortable.

Easy late check in. Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast choices and charming atmosphere. Only draw back was the smell of marijuana that permeated the room from either staff or another guest. We played a game of window closing when the pot smoker was outside. Looking forward to coming back anyway.

Always a great stay. Very comfortable & wonderful breakfast. Staff is friendly & accomodating. Rooms are very good. My favorite place to stay in Kittery. It is my hope that the owners are able to work on the outside landscape/painting.

What a wonderful place! The staff is amazing and super friendly, the room was clean & comfortable, the breakfast was perfect! I love the decor in the office/ breakfast nook! The grounds are nice. We were there in March, but it must be beautiful in summer when everything is in bloom! I highly recommend this place. Some rooms have balconies, there are cottages, one even has a bay window! Super cute! We will be back for sure!

This place is fantastic. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We asked a staff member for help with our room key malfunctioning, and they stopped what they were doing and fixed the problem immediately. The bathroom is great, the bed is comfortable, it’s overall a great place to stay after a long drive.

Great little breakfast, quite and very convenient to Portsmouth. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a quaint motel, reminiscent of the little inns of years ago- but with the modern amenities of today! The rooms are comfortable- including the beds!

For the price we paid, I would not have expected the breakfast spread. They made a nice space in the office to sit and enjoy the breakfast and meet other guests. I highly recommend this spot.

I had to stay here because of the 9.2 rating. Had to see what it was about. The rooms are small, just a bed, dresser and small table but what more do you need? The TV is huge and the unit was SPOTLESS!!! The breakfast was good (the omelets were great! My only complaint is that the towels were dingy , rough and had holes in them.

Safe, clean, overall exceeds expectations. Nothing fancy while very well maintained property, great value.

This was by far the best place I have stayed. Our room was spotless. I repeat...spotless! All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Clean rooms , good staff!

The beds were comfortable, which we appreciated. The TV remote stopped working our last night there, so we were stuck with Fox News all night! Please make sure to replace it. People were lovely; the breakfast was basic, and I wish they had had some lower calories yogurt for us low carb people. The coffee was wonderful too!

Super nice staff

The bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep.

We booked a stay at Kittery Inn for one night thinking we would just need a place to rest our heads for the evening, but certainly didn’t expect the moon and stars. Unfortunately, however, our room left us feeling worse for wear than when we’d arrived. Immediately upon entrance, there was a noticeable and pungent stench of mildew and mold. The air conditioner offered a bit of relief in filtering the air, but it was evident that there was a mold buildup there as well. Myself and my partner both have allergies, so this left us with sore chests, stuffy noses, and genuine concerns about our health. We wound up spending the night because we’d already sank a pretty penny into the room, but didn’t even feel comfortable enough to use the shower, let alone any of the other amenities. The fridge was rusted and painted over, there was dust and dirt in every corner, and we found bugs lurking around the restroom. Disappointing that a property which charges a premium was unable to meet even the most basic sanitation concerns. The staff was kind and breakfast looked nice, but those can certainly be found elsewhere. If you have allergies, please stay away for your own health. Overall, the property felt dated, disheveled, and not worth risking your well-being. While the bones of a charming motel are still in place, it’s evident the current owners have not maintained the standard to which guests should be accustomed.
