Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Coy pond, pergola and garden provided a very relaxing setting.

Great place to stay - comfy room and wonderful garden and koi pond in back to enjoy. Would have been nice to check-in with person instead of a lock box but I understand staff shortages. More breakfast variety would have been nice. Overall very nice hotel with great location.

It was amazing, from the cleanliness of the rooms, to very helpful staff, to the awesome garden and Koi pond area. It was so quiet and peaceful, I forgot that the property was in a neighborhood and on the main road in Ludington. I highly recommend the Summer's Inn for your next stay.

Quaint and quiet. Last minute stay so wasn't expecting much, but turned out to be a great little motel. Breakfast is prepared to order, very good.

Different from what I'm used to but quite nice. Slept well. Wasn't able to get the in room Keurig coffee maker to work tho.

Absolutely beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy a pond with fountains and Koi fish, shade trees, and beautiful plants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Our experience was similar to other ratings This is an old time motel that the owners have thoroughly updated. And added a sort of b and b breakfast that gives the hotel a little value added touch. Rooms size is ok. Ave size but again thoroughly updated and clean perfect for a 1/2 night stay. Kudos to these owners

Small rooms but very nice . Check in with Maryann was terrific. We spent 3 hours talking with her . We would to make the trip yearly and stay at Summers .

This property is very unique. It has an up north feel. There is room for reading with books to borrow. There is a beautiful garden space in the back with chairs and pillows, a pong with koi fish and cute decorations and lights. The office is decorated beautiful and the way they offer and serve breakfast is wonderful. You pick a time and an entree and it's all homemade. They serve you.

We've stayed here for years and keep coming back. The little nature preserve on site is a relaxing place to talk or read or eat. The breakfast and breakfast room is classy. And the management is great ... thank you Xavier, Lili, Jerika, and Ruby!

Just passing through and needed a place for the night. The room was large, very clean and quiet. Throwback to the old traveler’s inns but nicely updated. Would stay again.

Marcus checked us in and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! We enjoyed the quietness and the room was done up cute. Shower water pressure was awesome! The bed was fairly comfy. The only downside, for my husbands liking, was the air conditioning was subpar. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, quiet, and serene. Wonderful place to stay at for any reason when in Ludington. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place just outside of downtown.

Room 12 toilet did not work. We had to move to room 11. Shower in room 12 was disgusting. Was standing in 3 inches of water as drain did not work. Will never stay there again. Plus even though we were not staying for breakfast and checked out at 4:30 am for an awesome fishing trip we had to pay extra for third person. They did provide two complimentary bottles of water.

This is what happens when you love and take care of your property - you get tremendous lodging with a friendly staff and a delicous breakfast in the morning! Rooms are spacious and super clean, and the entire vibe of the place is relaxing. Definitely will be back!

Stayed here a few times now - always a nice stay. Clean, quiet, cute rooms. Unique decor and beautiful grounds. Easy walk to downtown. . Super friendly staff and great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful healthy breakfast options. Cheerful bedspread color. Comfy beds. Air conditioner could not eliminate humidity but not objectionable. Bathroom small but serviceable. Delighted with breakfast on their screened in porch. Greatvalue and stay. The staff was fantastic!!@@
