Very nice place to stay

We stayed at the Drury Plaza while in Pittsburgh for the weekend. The room was clean and had a small refrigerator and microwave. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and a light supper were included in our stay. Both were above average with several choices available. It was an easy walk to the PPG Paints arena.

Perfectly located hotel, surround by plenty of great restaurants. Hotel staff were extremely nice, and go above and beyond for their guests.

The valets were excellent and courteous. Front desk staff was very helpful when needed. The kickback time was a welcome treat which we hadn't been expecting. Hot tub and pool were relaxing.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond! From the check in, to checkout, the housekeeping, everyone was just so kind.

Short walk to PPG arena, delicious breakfast and the afternoon snack was great. Very nice room.

The free meal Friday night was ridiculous. They didn't bother to replenish the food. All we got were scraps. Very disappointed.

We came to stay the night so we could go to the Kane Brown concert. Drury never disappoints! I love staying here!

Our suite was very big and fit 5 adults in it just fine. The breakfast and dinner buffet were a plus, plus coffee and tea anytime of the day. All hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. The general manger went above and beyond for each hotel guest.

Most every aspect was exceptional except for the dirty socks found by the bed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Used the gym which was very clean and visited the terrace which was beautiful

Great location! We walked to the strip district, point state park and ppg arena with no issues. Staff was super friendly and nightly dinner was wonderful!

It was probably because I was by the elevator, but it was very noisy. Other than that, the stay was great.

Overall, an amazing stay. The offering of dinner, drinks, and breakfast as part of your stay at no added cost is a great benefit. The room was spacious and the mattress was super comfortable. We will certainly stay here again when we're in town.

Stayed one night while seeing a concert on a Saturday night. I wish we could have taken advantage of more of the amenities, but were short on time. The hotel was very clean, staff was awesome. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, PPG Arena. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pittsburgh Drury Hotel. Everyone from the Valet attendant, to the front desk receptionist to the breakfast meal help went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. My only disappointment was the lack of milder coffee at breakfast, there was only an extremely strong, bold selection available! The room was very clean and nicely decorated!

Amenities- breakfast and dinner, pool were nice. First room they placed us in had hole in ceiling, water damage on ceiling and walls, had to ask for new room. Staff was kind and accommodating. Was somewhat noisy with other folks in hallway late into the evening, sounds of water (flushing toilets/ shower drain?) . Overall was ok, expected a bit better quality for the price.

Great experience. I am in the process of extending my stay to another night! 5 stars across the board.

Carpet in room was in very bad shape with a big rip. Needs to be updated.Otherwise a nice stay

Our room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The immediate area has great restaurants and things to do.

The hotel itself is neat. A converted Fed reserve bank - complete with vault doors in the lower level. The staff was very attentive. The rooms were well maintained, clean and roomy - we were in 907. Not a great view but still a nice room. The room was relatively quite considering the hotel was full of children of all ages. The hotel is located near the convention center and lots of restaurants. Free hot breakfast was included. The only issue we had was the valet parking. We moved our car from the convention center parking to the valet parking for better access come morning. Valet parking was $37 for night. In the morning we requested our car in the long line of people having cars retrieved. Cars were being retrieved, names called and guests entering their snow free warmed cars. Our name was called out from the valet podium and our key returned. The valet told me my car was outside. I walked outside, found my car in the lot, not running and under 3 inches of snow. Completely covered - not drive-able. It was parked so close to another car I could barley open the drivers door. I went back to the valet podium and told the valet it was unacceptable - the snow needed to be removed. I was told we don't remove snow. Later I asked why the other cars were snow free and was told the other cars were parked off site. My car being a manual was parked in the front in the snow for my convenience. The truth is the valet was lazy. I paid for a valet service I DID NOT get.

The parking situation is a nightmare! If you don't use their valet service (a 30 minute wait), you need to park two blocks away! We were given misinformation when we made our reservation - we would've booked elsewhere had we known about the parking fiasco ahead of time.

The stay and property was nice but the best asset they have is their staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Wonderful hotel, staff was friendly, the amenities were above expectations. Only complaint, no extra rolls of toilet paper and no extra tissues in bathroom. Wife could have also used an actual comforter on the bed, but these are small complaints considering how great everything else was.
