The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted us in receiving our parcels from Taobao and Meituan, and even arranged for delivery robots to send our Meituan food orders directly to our room.
The housekeeping staff cleaned our room and changed the towels and bedsheets daily, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with a young toddler who occasionally had diaper leaks and spilled milk.
The doormen were also very warm and attentive. They always helped to open the doors, assisted us with our Didi rides, and made sure our toddler did not wander off without us.
Although the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay and the hotel does not have a kids’ club, there is a toddler-friendly playground just around the corner, which was very convenient for families with young children.
I would highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with toddlers.
