We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. Some great +ves:
- Nice clean room with great views of Portland
- Real friendly staff
- A roof top patio to chill
- Well equipped gym
- Decent breakfast, with good coffee.

Quick, friendly check-in. We were given an enormous corner room with large windows. Nice large walk-in shower. Everything is sparkling new. Valet parking was expensive, but worked very smoothly.

The people were nice, but couldnt find a luggage cart for 25 minutes when we got there. Valet is way too expensive. Need to drop the price. Its even more than Seattle and other hotels.

This hotel is very clean, cozy, and the staff are very kind. I stayed in a king size bed with sofa room and there was plenty of space to work remotely and to accommodate a guest. The location is perfect; next to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, bars, cafes, and the highway if you’re driving.

Easy check in and great Valet service. Room was on 8th floor and the rooftop patio is amazing! A little garden haven in the middle of the city. Didn't have a chance to try the pool but it looked good, great they hve a separate area for the kids. Chevk out was easy and Alex, the valet on duty was very friendly and helpful.

We showed up to our hotel and had an issue locating the reservation, the front desk staff were amazing and figured out how to get it fixed. The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. Great complimentary breakfast if you’re traveling with kids or for a budget.

Mediocre. We’ve been staying at this location for years and I see a decline. No housekeeping service the first day. Barebones. Bed is hard and pillows are mismatched. This hotel is sufficient- no frills.

From being greeted by Dave at the reception desk to the courteous Valet Servicemen, we were delighted with our stay. Your complimentary breakfast was well stocked and replenished constantly by your great staff. Housekeeping was excellent. We highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Pearl District. We love the pool is super kid friendly and that there is a shallow end for them. Our favorite hotel to go to for family days.

Clean and comfortable, superb location to Burnside and other attractions, great complimentary breakfast spread, friendly staff. We especially loved the check out at noon so we could enjoy an easy, no rush morning in Portland.

We didn't care for such a late check-in, coffee maker in room was useless, microwave was almost on the floor, very inconvenient, especially for elderly guest. Not enough cups were provided. Pull out bed sheets had not been changed and had debris on them, we had to ask for new sheets and pillows, not enough trash cans. Elevator floors were wet from pool users and someone slipped. Food at breakfast was poor quality and messy. Parking fees were outrageous

Place was clean and staff was great. Nice that everything is in walking distance. Little market and restaurants and bar's. Indoor pool was nice caue Ihad it all to myself😁😁.

The hotel itself is clean and customer service is top notch. Breakfast is ok but it takes a while before some items are replenished. My issue is the a/c in our room. It is LOUD. Which made it a little bit harder to have a good sleep.

Nice hotel, clean and safe with spacious rooms. The hot water takes forever to run to the shower. It took nearly 5 to 10 minutes to heat the water up. Otherwise you’re taking the cold shower. Also, the hotel Wi-Fi was down for a few days. I’m sure it was just an anomaly, but it was a nice stay overall.

The parking options almost force you to use valet. It’s expensive per night and not covered. I received my car back with bird droppings all over it. The park next to the hotel is filled with drug use and homeless so don’t venture too far. The internet went down during our stay for 2 days, just bad luck I guess. The staff was very nice, the onsite food was decent and convenient. The pool looked nice for kids. The gym was more than average and convenient. If I stayed here again I would not bring a car

I really enjoyed the walkability of the area and proximity to dining. I did not like the lack of self-parking options.

We chose this hotel because of the pool and were not disappointed. The water was a good temperature for our small children and they had the best time. Lots of seating too.
Our room was a great size, clean and extra pillows & blankets were waiting for us, as requested. The staff was great and the hotel was secure. Will come back when in Portland again.

nice hotel, beds are nice, pool was pretty good, gym was super lackluster but what can you expect from a hotel gym? the area is super walkable, lots of homeless around though but that’s just how portland is nowadays i guess. definitely will be back again if i ever need to stay the night in PDX

We had a really good stay overall. The pool is very kid friendly though the level of chlorine was very high. We really enjoyed breakfast except for our last morning where the line was super long and every time we got up to the food it was empty. But the other 2 mornings we had no issues.
The valet parking was very easy and quick.
