This was our 2nd stay at The Wick. Very clean & exceptional customer service. Allie was our favorite! Will be back again when visiting our son & his new brewery, Return Brewing.

Bobby at the front desk was the best!

Great spot , a short walk to Warren St. This hotel is newer and in excellent condition. Though it has some of the original elements from the historic building, it has been renovated with a modern look and feel. The only downside is that decor is little cold , lacking the coziness that would make this a better stay for a winter getaway. That being said, the service was lovely and it was an overall good value. We will be back.

This is a neat renovation of an old candle factory. Two healthy blocks from Warren/main st & the architecturely interesting town of Hudson Can input own streaming services. Fits in this upscaling town.

I've been to a lot of hotels all around the world and most of the time they all look the same. This one is pretty unique, with its own character, from walking distance to the main streets. Would definitely go back!

The hotel is great: clean, modern, well appointed, and with a nice restaurant and bar. The only downside is that it is in a rundown industrial area a few blocks from the main commercial district. I don’t think it is unsafe, but my wife says that if she were traveling alone, she wouldn’t step outside at night.

When we arrived, the hotel was not as it seemed in the web page photos. The location of the hotel was in a less desirable area. The front of the hotel faces the back yards of a rundown neighborhood. The narrow street leading to the hotel was not maintained and the sidewalks were in bad shape. We parked in front of the hotel on the street. I went in and asked where I could park? I was told in the gravel parking lot only holding 6 cars or in the street which was shared by the neighborhood. If those spaces were full, you can park down behind the hotel. We drove on a narrow street down a hill which was not maintained around the hotel to see the parking area. The back of the hotel faced and was close to a rundown warehouse industrial area. We did not see an entrance to the back of the hotel. I was looking for ADA parking and there was none. As both my wife and son could not walk several hundred feet up around the hotel on non-maintained roads to get to the front entrance. Also, there were no designated ADA parking spaces marked or available in front of the building. I went back in and asked for a refund totaling $1,300 and was told no. I will never stay at any hotels associated with this chain. Poor customer service, along being in a depressed industrial area along with unmaintained surroundings.

The picture used makes the hotel appear very nice. However, that was far from the posting of the picture. The hotel was smack dab in a rundown neighborhood and industrial area. The street getting in was narrow with bad pavement the sidewalk leading in was broken up and full of hazards. Parking was street parking competing with the neighborhood. There was a small gravel lot holding 5 cars Infront of the hotel. I was told you can park down in back of the hotel. The road to the parking was badly in need of repair. There was no entrance I could find when parking in back to enter the hotel. It appeared you need to walk up a hill on a bad road which was badly broken up also it would have been a long walk. I needed handy cap parking which there was none at all and no spaces assigned in accordance federal law. The back view of the hotel was a rundown industrial warehouse complex. I went in and asked for my money back and was told they would not refund it. The staff was not helpful at all.

Enjoyed this property during my first trip to Hudson. Property was clean, staff friendly and location decent. Overall, satisfied with all elements of the hotel and would stay again if back in the area. Not rating it higher based on comparison to other hotels I have stayed at globally.

Quaint boutique hotel 5 minute walk from train station. Attentive staff, clean rating good. You can walk into the town center although we would suggest you drive

My bed had blood stain sheets and pillow case. No need to say more, beware this place is gross

The room didn’t have a trash can or a TV remote. The view from the restaurant & bar is of an ugly parking lot and abandoned warehouse. There was a guy hanging out behind the front desk, seems he may be a security guard or driver of the hotel car. He was unprofessional and low-class. Cheap candles burning at entry was unpleasant to smell.

Nice modern and clean

Comfortable room but paper thin walls and noisy neighbors.

Beautiful exterior, and lovely lobby. Walked into our room and it was quite large, two queen beds, but there were no nightstands, except for in between the two beds, which was a little bit annoying. Also, though on the surface, the bathroom was updated and clean, the inside shower liner was moldy, and there were some hairs from prior guests on the tiles, and in the corners, and around the toilet. Overall a great stay, but sometimes some of those little details, make a difference I would chalk it up to something, unfortunate, and still would probably recommend the hotel. Great location. Friendly staff.

Great trendly hotel. Staff was amazing, room was super clean. Was disappointed the shuttle was not available as I anticpiated on utilizing it other wise I enjoyed my stay. I appreciated how clean the rooms were and the beds were very comfortable.

Great location, convenient parking. Downside: Room had only one end table by the bed and no drawers.

Cleanliness was not good. There was a build up of flies on every windowsill, cobwebs everything and hairs on our sheets when we arrived!

Room had no hand towels or washcloth or shower mat. Had to ask for more toilet paper as barely any left on roll. Breakfast had French toast with seasonal berries for 14 dollars. 4 half very thin slices with total of 1/2 of a strawberry

The staff was amazing! Attentive and kind.

The Wick was by far the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in. Paying almost $450/night you would think it would be a great hotel to stay at. My room was not ready at 3:40 PM when check in was at 3 PM. There was NO ventilation in the room. All the lights and heating could only be operated by one switch when I had a bedroom suite (which had 2 rooms). There was no windows to the outside. There was just a window which had a shaft to the outside (see pic below). I was never told on hotel.com about this lack of a real window to look outside. When I complained to the manager they said they could only offer me bonus points on Marriott bon voyage which I don't have. I would NEVER EVER stay at this dungeon hotel again! STAY AWAY from this hotel it is the WORST and has the WORSE customer service!!!!

We particularly liked the friendliness of the staff and also thought that the room was spacious and comfortable.
It would be great if the steps leading up to Allen Street were fixed. This may be the responsibility of the town of Hudson. They are currently in some disrepair and this shortcut is very helpful if you are not driving.
