Easy check in, room was
Very clean, pool was ok-smaller, breakfast was good, and check out easy. Bed was a little too hard for my liking. I’m used to something a bit softer. Would recommend staying here.

the best part of the stay was a very good night sleep. The room was quiet and stayed at the same temperature all night. Beds were comfortable.

The motel is fine. The employees were nice. The pool area is ok, nothing fancy. Breakfast is decent. The doors for the bathroom are a little different they slide back and forth from the closet, meaning that either your closet is closed or the bathroom is (soundproofing isn't exactly ideal). This is a good motel for the money.

Room wasn't properly clean, and on final night of stay ran out of toilet paper & needed more towels but was not able to get ahold of any staff at night time. Called multiple times and went down multiple times, there was no one to be found.

The overall stay was good. My girlfriend and I have stayed here many times and like the hotel but there is a lack of storage in the rooms and our room didn’t come with an extra blanket, which isn’t great when it’s very cold out. I would recommend the hotel for short stays, like for business use and not for long stays or for families looking for a lot of amenities. The breakfast service is good and I enjoyed using their gym. It’s a nice hotel overall.

We didn't like the shampoo/conditioner. We were afraid to use it because it's refillable. Anyone could pur something in there.
The king bedroom was small. I could hear people walking in the hallways

The walls are too thin you can hear toilet flushing from the above rooms, hear walking and the next door TV. We were there for 2 nights and there were not always a staff bybthe front desk. They seem to like hiding in the back room behind the reception desk. During checkout they place a plastic container in the front desk with the sign check out key drop off. I was also charged double. When I had already paid my full stay before arriving. I contacted the hotel, asked why i was charged again? I was placed on hold fir 6 minute and was informed they will reverse the charge and for me to give it a week if it does not appear on my statement to contact them again. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was not full but they refused to switch our rooms to be on the same floor to be next to each other or even on the same floor. They sometimes dont stock up on essentials.

I’ve stayed here before and had a clean room. However on my second stay the room smelled like urine. I asked to be placed in a different room as I had runny nose for the first day but was told they couldn’t accommodate. I didn’t realize it was open to pets. They should deep clean the carpet more frequently. It was disgusting.

I liked that the room had a microwave and I liked the front desk staff. I really didn't like the breakfast staff because they weren't friendly at all. Also, the pool was closed the whole time I was there and the internet kept going down, so I had to go to the nearest Starbucks in order to get my work done!

It was conveniently located next to the Oak Marsh Golf Course where my niece was getting married, It had good reviews so we utilized this hotel for all of my family that came up from Ohio

Staff was excellent. Very welcoming and attentive. We did swim in the pool one night and there were clumps of hair that was a little gross, but it was towards the end of the night and there could have been a lot of people in and out during the day. Would definitely recommend despite of this ans stay again.

We travel a lot and have always preferred Hamptons for “limited service hotel”. We have stayed at this property multiple times…alway good. This time I stood in lobby waiting for someone to come to front desk for 10 minutes. My room smelled musty and the bathroom smelled of urine. Great location but needs some help.

I booked the room for the weekend. Unfortunately, my kids got sick with hand mouth foot illness. I dont want to make other people sick, so we desided to stay home. And asked the hotel to move the dates if possible. They didnt even reply to my email. They said nothing. Definitely, not going to even look at this place next time we plan on booking something.

Staff was nice and the shower was pleasant. The shampoo bottle in my room was empty, and staff replaced it right away. Breakfast was good although not many choices.
Unfortunately, the walls here are very thin. I could hear my neighbor snoring all night, which was no problem. However, the neighbor also had multiple loud alarms set that each went off every 5 minutes starting at 5:00 am, until about 6:30, making it impossible to sleep (for me — they were still snoring). I told staff about it, but moving rooms or earplugs weren’t offered as a choice, and they said they’d take care of it. The next morning was exactly the same. I ended up so tired that I physically felt a bit sick, and I skipped breakfast to try to rest a bit more.
Cleanliness was ok. There was a beer can on the floor under the desk that housekeeping must not have seen. The beds were comfy.

Very clean and friendly staff.. bummer was pool was closed and due to making revisions through a 2 party Hotels.com we did know know tell we checked in but the staff did let us know right away that the pool was colsed.

We had to check in late because our plane did not land in Minnesota until 10:45 PM. We were in town for a funeral. I called and informed the hotel we would arrive late and requested me and my brother be placed on the same floor which numerous Hampton Inns had honored me in the past. I was told they noted it. I arrived and was informed they could not keep their promise because a hockey team checked in. Very disappointed.
