Check in was terrible. You can’t park your car until you check in. Trying to get to your plans on time when you can’t get in your room. Went up to a room and the room key did not work so I had to come back down to the lobby. Come to find out that they assigned me to a different room so I had to go back up and finally got in. Very stressful. We had two cars that needed to park near each other and trying to coordinate that with valet was an additional stress

Second time staying at this location, very comfortable, clean, easy. Didn’t know self park was an option last time I only used valet. Pool, gym, kitchen, shower are lovely.

They seemed to be short staffed in housekeeping, which ment that rooms weren't being cleaned until after 5 pm. When you leave at 9 am and return at 4 pm, to a room that still needs to be cleaned, you wonder if housekeeping missed your room. I called the front desk and was told that "they're on your floor and would get to you" about an hour later, someone did show up. They made the bed, cleaned the bathroom and took out the trash. They left the recycle bin, didn't vacuum, or clean the kitchen. This was first full day of my stay. Every day there after, was basically the same; late arrival and not properly cleaned. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 5 months, without issue. That's why this was surprising and disappointing. I hope that they are able to hire more staff and soon.

Love this hotel, very friendly staff, easy check in and check out. The breakfast was 3/5, they do need to keep the bar open a little later than 9pm.

I loved this Homewood suits. So nice for family with kids. Room was perfect, very comfortable and spacious. Staff are amazing (housekeepers and valet workers). Every team member was so polite and helpful. Will be back again. My new go to hotel whenever me and the family travel to New Jerseys.
Just which they had more food places close by or even a restaurant down in the lobby would have been nice.

We have stayed at this property 3 times. Each stay is amazing. Staff, rooms, parking, cleanliness of hotel excellent. Our suite was comparable to a one bedroom apartment. Highly recommend this property.

Demitri was phenomenal, extremely nice and helpful. Most of the valer workers wete really nice as well. Beautiful building bet horrible choice of snacks and drinks.

I was very disappointed that we left Saturday morning from the hotel came back around 5:45 our room was never cleaned I asked the cleaning crew she gave us towel. Spoke with someone at the front desk he said it normally happens, that shoul no be an excused. That was the worse. Also front desk should acknowledge people when they come in. Other than that we had a good stay, but that’s very bad when you come in your room is dirty the same way you left day. They at least should’ve offer us a discount or something to accommodate.

Lobby pretty clean. People at front desk nice. But the beds are HARD and uncomfortable. The pillows are not great. Nothing like being on a mini vacation only to wake up in pain each morning.

Usually my stays here are superb however this trip had a few hiccups. 1st There was hair in my shower and sink upon arrival and the bed that was in the couch was horrible and uncomfortable. The breakfast we had to recook because the eggs and sausages were undercooked.

The property was very clean. Easy access right off of the highway. Friendly staff.

Overall, stay was good. We stayed in Rm 908. Only bad thing was with the hvac system. It would not heat up the room and instead it made a terrible squeaking sound which made it difficult to sleep. So we were all cold and had trouble sleeping cause of the noise.
It has a fridge and kitchen. Pretty clean overall. Would stay again but will check the hvac first next time.

A short walk to bus stop that goes to Port Authority which is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. Hot chocolate and coffee at lobby all day long is a highlight. Very quiet hotel yet welcoming.
