Lots of room. Floor was mostly concrete, no curtains. Quiet and pleasant. Parking was convenient, though relatively expensive. Some troubles with the keypad system for entry into the building-needed to find the on-site person to resolve.

Cleanliness was great and we loved the apartment until it was time to go to bed. The pull out couch was broken and ridiculously uncomfortable. The end of the bed was significantly higher than the top of the bed, making the sleepers feet higher than their head. The “barn doors” were made of tin and not effective as a divider. If the accommodations say it sleeps 3 with the pull out you couch then it should work and be semi comfortable. Luckily I brought my own pillow because there was no extra. The back door next to our room was broken and didn’t even close correctly or lock.

Check in is via code issued my email, which did not work on the main entry door used to access our apartment. No one responded to phone number on door to use in case of access issues…. 2nd day of our stay someone final propped the door open…. Parking is $40/day! You must agree to a background check on the day of your arrival which had not been advised at any time prior Room was clean (once we finally got in) Recommend you choose another hotel

This is a great place to stay within walking distance to downtown. We originally called to see if they were able to store our luggage since we arrived early and they were able to get us in since our room was ready. Everyone was so nice and inviting. The only thing i would say is minor issues with the door handle was loose and bed was definitely well used, should be replaced.

It was a fun place to stay. Great accomodations. Not so great communication regarding codes to get into the parking lot. Annoying.

No attendant/receptionist was at the front desk when we arrived and my wife stood there for at least ten, perhaps fifteen minutes waiting. She tried calling in to see if she could get ahold of someone, but a call to reception went to voicemail and when she called the other contact number, that person's phone was on behind the reception counter. As it happened, I waited in our car on the street while she was inside, so shortly before a receptionist showed up to help her check-in, I saw a golf cart bearing the Mint House logo come down the street - from where I know not - and go through the parking lot gate. There were three young people in the cart. I suspect one was the receptionist, and I'm thinking there can't have been much going on on a Sunday that would call for three employees to be away from the property. We tried logging on to the internet per the instructions. No joy after several tries. So eventually the receptionist had us log in via admin's connection. As we were inspecting the apartment, I looked in on the HVAC unit. The filter was pretty badly in need of changing, so we called in to reception and they said they would take care of it. If they did, it was after we left. I noticed that the carpet in front of the sofa had a largish rent in the center. The rent was under the coffee table, so it didn't affect our stay, but I felt you might want to know. Finally, there's a slick spot in front of the middle bedroom window - about the width of the window.
