First and foremost, kudos to Alex and his wonderful wife, two of the most engaging hoteliers my wife and I have ever encountered...and we have traveled the world. We were immediately made to feel at home and treated like old friends. The room we stayed in was exquisitely designed and appointed. Our breakfast was made to order and was the best scrambled eggs and pancakes I've ever eaten at a motel. Alex single-handedly added value to our too-short stay with his humor, his insights, his recommendations and his graciousness. The next time I am within 100 miles of Manchester, TN, I'm making a special trip to go visit the Patels and their unique motel.

This hotel is a true gem. Very customer focused. Breakfast was hot and cooked to order. We were seated and the hot breakfast items were served to us. The room was nicely decorated, quiet, and safe. Parking was right in front of our door making the unpacking and packing very easy. Happy hour was available with free beer and wine. I hope the word gets out about the LX Hotel and that it stays very busy. Staff were very professional helpful, and friendly.
