Needs more onsite food options

Excellent place for the couple looking to get away or even the whole family. Everything from our cabin to the pier to the general outside was clean. Although the park was almost full it was still quiet with only laughter to be heard as we walked around. It was nice to see kids outside playing and riding bikes for a change. There are fun events on the weekend for the whole family. My husband and definitely want to return with the whole family!

We throughly enjoyed our short stay in the cabin. It was quaint and welcoming. Sand on the floor when we first got there that drive my hubby crazy.

There where ants that would get all over anything tou would lay on the counters. The hot water tank didnt work and I dont think the sheets were changed because I checked for bed bugs and found lots of hairs from previous guests. I had to stay one night because the front desk leaves at 5. I made reservations elsewhere and left the next day I told them about the condition of the trailer they offered to move us to another but it that one was that bad didnt want to waste time. No refund of discount was offered.

The awnings do not work ! No grills or fire pit by cabin no hot water inside you have to use the restrooms by campsite for hot shower. The bed in master was supper uncomfortable they definitely need new comfortable mattress. The camper was clean that was a plus the location was really convenient to the beach :) the pool was clean only 3-4 ft deep more for kiddos to enjoy. Parking was very limited and cramped :/

I was able to relax my 10 days vacation in a beautiful peaceful place with plenty of amenities.

Well kept RV park, very clean grounds and amenities. The beach area around the pier on the waterfront is a nice spot to relax. The cabin featured a comfortable queen bed, television with Roku, small sink, mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean although be aware the showers are a bit tight for anyone over 5’7. Customer service was above and beyond from booking to check out. Very helpful and kind employees! Maybe a 15 minute drive to the island/beachfront depending on traffic level. Convenient location, quiet yet still close to large stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. The bed was uncomfortable but did the job. Everyone that worked there was friendly and accommodating.

Super friendly staff, the property was immaculately clean, so convenient to have the beach right there and also a heated pool. I cannot wait to come back.

Immediately noticed the cabin smells like dog pee. Floor looked dirty and when i took my shoes off found the floor sticky! And then the explosions from the nearby ardonsl testing grounds began! Like somebody hammering on the side of this shed! Have to leave the ac unit on per management. To keep WHICH…the sound or the smell down? I paid LESS at a Mariott last night for my dogs and I. This bed is HORRIBLE. These two pillows are HORRIBLE. If I could afford a booking somewhere else BELIEVE ME I would be gone! Wondering what the overnight will bring. ZERO STARS. I expected more. VERY DISAPPOINTED

right off the main road but you would never know it once you are in the park; it felt secluded.

The original tiny home was infested with cockroaches. We had to go to Walmart the night we arrived to buy cleaning supplies and cockroach killer. When we spoke with the office the next day they offered to pay my daughter back and said they’d come spray for roaches when I left for the day. They did so, but come to find out they only use products similar to what I had, so the cockroaches didn’t disappear. After almost a week of keeping our towels, toothbrushes, and hair brushes, in the fridge to keep the bugs from crawling all over our stuff, my daughter had enough of the bugs and went to the office again. Thankfully Maria was in the office and offered to move us to a place that wasn’t infested. She literally saved me and my peace of mind. I can’t stand bugs, especially cockroaches, roaming around me. I don’t recommend staying in the cabins at all, unless it’s one that isn’t infested. The employees know which ones are and which ones aren’t. I spoke with several during my stay here. The park is nice and safe and most of the staff is great, but something has to be done about the cockroaches before we ever return!

Wonderful place to be on family so close to the beach.

I really love this place, but this last stay was to say very disappointing. We were a late check in so when problems occured we couldn't reach anyone. The next day they did try to fix it...but we still had the same issues of cleanliness.

This property offerer a bit of everything for a long or short stay. We love weekend getaways

All was good. Definitely worth the money, although I had to pay additional monies for 2nd vehicle to park at my cabin ,which had sufficient space for 3 vehicles. Staff were professional and personable. Pool area was clean and comfortable. Im a local so I'll be back.

Always an amazing stay! Really enjoyed the holiday weekend activities and the new ice cream shop.

It was a very nice place.

We rented the small cabin with a queen bed, shower, and minifridge, and it even had a TV. It was a very cute little cabin and we will probably be staying again.

Very nice all around experience

This place is not for relaxing and getting your rest, the cabin has bad odor, the floors are not clean, the mattress feal like they have been there since the 90's not confortable at all it had a big dip in the center, the shower is most likely designed for people 5' or shorter, no water pressure. Hotels.com should remove this property as an option for their customer.

Was not allowed to check in 10 minutes early, the room had a horrible smell that gave me a headache, you had to fix your own beds etc for the price, you can find something way better

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! My cabin was adorable, took seconds to walk to the little beach or to the pool. The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and well kept. And it took just a few minutes to drive over the bridge to Navarre Beach, which was a super cute shore town. I can’t wait to go back!

It was okay. We rented a cabin. The cabin was very small. The shower was barely big enough to shower in. The bathroom sink was outside the door and was also supposed to be used for dishes. So not very sanitary in my opinion. The toaster only had one slot that worked. It was very cold in there in the evening but a sign saying to leave the ac on. We had to go buy a blanket because the blanket they give you is so small it didn’t cover 2 people. We were there for 7 nights. They only have us 2 towels for the entire stay. So we had to wash them during the week. We only jd the toilet paper that was o. The roll so we had to go by toilet paper and even trash bags because they don’t replenish anything while your there. But they sure left an envelope for tips for the house keeper. The grounds were clean though. Will not be staying there again.

Close to the beach, gas it's own fishing pier

We really liked it. We're not RV people, or really camping people, so we knew it would be an adventure, but we really enjoyed it. Stayed in the standard cabin. It's small but has everything you need for a short trip. Would definitely stay there again. Very quite at night. Didn't have a reason to interact with the staff since we didn't have any problems.

Wouldve got a perfect score, but no internet or tv was a bit of an issue for us. In their defense they had lightning hit their facility which is what caused the outtage. Everything else was fine. The cottage was perfect. The stove didnt work all too great byt still worked

I stayed in one of cabins at this property. It was kind of rustic. Not luxurious but sufficient for my vacation needs. Full size fridge. Clean. Minimal towels available Beach area was really nice but wear water shoes. Pool was great. Plenty of chairs. Bring your own beach towels Staff was super friendly
