We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property is pet friendly and had lots of nice sidewalk trails around the property. The hotel and room were very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. We stayed in a king room with a couch and it was very spacious and came with a mini fridge. Breakfast was delicious and provided lots of variety! There was a lot of open parking and enjoyed the outdoor patio outside of the bar.

Room was very clean. Bed was way too soft and pillows are pretty sad. Staff was wonderful though and room was spotless

I didn’t know that I had to ask for daily room service…it’s not expected on your vacation to come back to your room and have to clean up. I was informed by desk attendant that they were shorthanded and couldn’t clean my room. This was to be passed on to manager?? I was given linens, toilet paper, garbage bags etc and was asked if I needed anything else….

The room was cold and it happened to be cold outside. but that wasn't a big deal. My main issue was the room service. We asked the cleaning staff for fresh towels, we ran out of body wash, and we asked if the garbage can be taken. We came back to room late that night and nothing was touched. Also, breakfast ends very early, 9 am, unfortunately that's not posted anywhere. It's a bit inconvenient to have to find some place to eat when check out is 11. It cuts into the time a person has to relax.

Third year in a row staying at this hotel and still the best service ! So friendly and accommodating.
Only small issue was with the wifi this time around not sure why . It wasnt working for a few of us in group while others worked fine.
Will be back next year !

Had to wait for someone to check us in, gal showed up and was not very friendly, went over everything in a very lazy way. But, hotel is beautiful and room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Our first trip to Charlotte and in 5 days this clerk was the first slightly rude person we’ve met. Maybe just having a bad day?

Trip was amazing hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, food is excellent and they have late night snacks, my stay was very comfortable. Hotel was located in heart of everything, restaurants and shopping areas. Love the fact hotel has it where late hours you can not enter without room key to get into front door of lobby, its locked. I will be returning for my birthday in May and i would highly recommend this hotel.

We had to take a dirty handicap room because my granddaughter couldn’t use a shower when we paid for shower /tub combo room.
We learned all regular room has shower.
We was there for my sister’s wedding and my .7 year old granddaughter was the bell ringer and here hair had been done professionally .

I absolutely love this Hotel, it’s has definitely been my go to for 2 years now . Always so clean and the staff is friendly. The beds are super comfy

Hotel was very clean. The staff is amazing! The only thing that needs some attention is the beds. The mattress in room 601 is worn out, on one side. My back was killing me, for that two night stay. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints.

It was great. Very nice hotel. Just wish there was a microwave in the room. Hate that we had to go all the way down stairs just to warm up food. Very inconvenient.

This was a great experience and wonderful hotel. The staff are professional and extremely friendly. All questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The room was clean and the cleaning crew was wonderful. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend to family and friends!!

clean room, good service, but thermostat display in room is too bright. I know this seems silly to some, but I like a room to be very dark. The thermostat display was ridiculously large and bright. It felt like there was a kindle or iPad hanging on the wall. It was very bright with no way to turn the display off. Kind of annoying. I was trying to figure out how to hang a towel over it in the middle of the night. I did not get a very good night’s sleep. I’d like to meet the person that thought these were a good idea to install.

The staff here every time I stay here is always so nice and helpful. The place always smells clean and not like a dirty bleached mop head that needs to changed. I would stay here more if funds and availability would always work out.

Thus hotel was so clean. Beds were super cozy. The staff were prompt in getting us checked in, helpful and kind. Only stayed one night for an event at PNC Music Pavilion. Very conveniently located. Would definitely stay again!

The only complaint that I have is that some of the food at breakfast was not good-the scrambled eggs were like rubber, turkey sausage was not good, nor were the potatoes. I am not a picky eater, but I had to throw my food away. Very disappointed in that.
