Horrible experince with my kids. The elevstor sounds and looks horrible, the hallwaysvlook sketchy and the room was the worst. Pictures online look much better than in real life. Dirty, things Written On the walls, broken locks and a bathroom door with severe water damage. We had to broow blankets from family to feel comfortable staying

I booked the room with a balcony when I got there. The balcony was bolted shut. The room was very uninviting and dark and very small. New York is not known for its big hotel rooms which is fine, but this one extra small I was not happy I even checked out three days early and did not spend the first night in the hotel. I went somewhere else Front desk personnel was not friendly and if she look like she was more worried about her phone then anything. They did not have parking and when you asked if there were any parking garages nearby, I was just looked at as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I guess because they don’t have cars, It was very unpleasant and I’ll never stay there again.

This property is in excelent location.

Bad hotel, bad eara. I even checked out at the same day I've arrived, Even though I have a reservation for three nights.

The hotel itself was decent enough. No frills and a good price. It is located on a street that was noisy at times during the night. The people in the adjoining room were very noisy. There is little to dampen the sound between rooms. There was very little furniture in the room - only a bed and table. The bed was fairly comfortable. The building smelled of pot most of the time. There was a very nice coffee shop 2 doors down from the hotel and a really nice Mexican restaurant 2 doors in the other direction. There is a bus line in front of the hotel and the subway is a few blocks away.

It was well put together

Staff was accommodating in finding more comfortable room when I had to switch. I gave some advice and they where very receptive and told me certain changes where being made . But front desk ppl where cool and their double rooms where definitely preferred..they gave me upgrade. They should have irons in the room.

It’s unkept, there’s no ice machine. There was arguing in the lobby. Kinda ghetto.

It not what it appears. You need an account for live tv. No wash rags no hangers. And front desk has no hospitality

Hated everything about it . Weed smoking all night,noisy, tv didn't work..not that clean..wouldn't take my dog there to overnight...need to close down .....no order..

Horrible to lace to stay

People were yelling and banging on their door to have their friend let them in or something! Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Lamp was missing a bulb. NOISY!!!!!!!

Room need a deeper cleaning.

I booked to stay at this hotel for a birthday weekend. Me and my partner were running late for check in so I called this hotel multiple times and them my name. They assured me a long as Ingot there before 1am that I would be fine. Long story short we got there early and was told that we did not book at all. Not to mention at the front desk the overnight fee said 130$ but he was charging people $175. Ma and my partner decided to go to a different hotel entirely. To many red flags. Won’t ever book here again.

Rooms too close to each other, A door divided the rooms, noisy neighbors could hear everything clearly, when we switch rooms the other room the door that divided us was not secured properly.

The adjoining doors did not have locks on them. Anyone could have walked in from another room. The door to the rooms did not have locks. It looked like someone broken into the room. No remotely the tv. Bathroom was filthy. I changed rooms three times and they were all on the same condition. I did not stay the night I checked out same day at 6:09 pm

Work on the property more if it’s possible

The first room they sent me to was occupied. The second room they sent me to was dirty and the air conditioner did not work. The balcony latch did not work and the smell in the entire floor and bed sheets and pillows were of weed. Even after helping the front desk with a translation and being told I would get a refund by the front desk they have yet to contact me or refund my stay. This is a perfect motel for those who are homeless or just trying to cheat on their wives but not for a business trip or other professional experience. I ended up leaving the hotel after the front desk said they would refund my money.

Well, it’s a good hotel for cheap, the staff is fast and friendly :)

Need to renovate building.

Not very clean. The elevator was very dirty as well as our room. We were given two very small towels. Not the best place to stay.

It was a motel being sold as a hotel. The place was a whole mess and they charge you extra for anyone in your room or an extra bed when they don’t give the choice on the website.

hotel television didn't work, wifi impossible to connect to my devices, bathroom sink broken, bedroom wallpaper coming off, cockroaches in the room!

Bathroom sink had stains of red marks that looked like blood and the shower floor was dirty and the bed was not comfy at all

Please do not stay here! This was our worst hotel stay, ever! We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 am due to flight delays only to be told that they didn't have a reservation for us. After about 30 minutes, and after I gave them my reservation #, we finally got checked in. We got to sleep around 3 am, and were RUDELY awakened by the person next door to us blaring extremely loud rap music! We ended up calling 911 when the front desk failed to answer their phone and we asked the person next door to turn off their music and were threatened to be "shot through the door"! It took six police officers to get her to turn down her music and as soon as the officers left, she turned it back on again. Hotel management DID switch us to a different room, but the bathrooms at this place have no lights! Only a "nightlight" near the shower. You can't even see your face in the mirror it's so dark. There was no coffee machine, no microwave, no hangers in the closet, no dressers or any place to put your clothes and belongings. What a miserable stay ...the internet and large TV were the only positive aspects. Oh, and I forgot: I requested extra pillows and was told "only two per room". This place shouldn't be called a hotel. Horrible!!!!

Staff is very nice and accommodating that’s the only thing good about this place. I booked a 3 night stay had to change rooms 3 times could have been 4 but I just went with the last one I got. Look around for somewhere else to stay this place absolutely sucks.

Some money has been spent to refurbish this hotel and it looks great but with rooms renting in two-hour installments, this should be more correctly advertised as a "party hotel" and not a place for overnight rests. Located next to a fire hall, sirens were of course a problem but the bigger issue is that the walls are thin, the pillows tiny and lumpy. And when I asked for a couple more, the front desk clerk single-handedly(?) running the whole hotel kept telling me, "20 minutes," until I gave up hours later. I don't ask a lot from a bargain hotel so it's disappointing to get so much less.

So many things were wrong with this hotel and broken in the room. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall and chirping, the shower light was held together with duct tape, shower head was held together with duct tape, vent was coverered with duct tape and was black with either dirt or mold, toilet paper was not replaced, no soap or shampoo in the shower (only conditioner), towel bar was bent and broken, wall paper was peeling off, no remote for TV, elevator was out of order, comforter had holes and burn marks in it, neighbors were loud and inconsiderate blasting music and netflix until 3 AM, fighting and smoking in the hallways at all hours of the night, entire room wreaked of smoke, bed was uncomfortable and loud. Overall bad experience.

I was good. The only thing i have a problem with was they don’t have no ice machine.
