The main thing to know here is that there is no front desk/staff outside of the hours of 7am to 7pm, although check out did not require going to the desk, so the impact was minimized.
Room was decently clean and had what was needed, although it was smaller than similarly priced apartment-hotels in the area. Still, not a bad choice, quiet street, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, in the center of Toulouse, and furnished with a kitchenette, so it does the job.

Loved this cozy apartment. It was less than 10minutes walk from Gare Matabiau. We were 5 in the group and there was ample space. Loved the big bathroom. Saw the sauna and gym but we didn’t have time to use it. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Toulouse.

Be aware that as this is an "apartment hotel" the front desk is only open at certain times. For example they are closed at lunchtime. Make sure to check ahead of time if you plan to arrive between 12;00 and 15:00 so that they can help you with storing your bags. Otherwise your suitcase will become your "dog" while you drag it around, waiting to check in.
