About this house rental
This unique three and a half split level home is nestled in the trees of Austin's Hill Country overlooking the cliffs of Lake Travis. This newly remodeled home has window views that will make you feel as if you were living among the tree tops. The grounds show off huge limestone rocks and thoughtfully placed trees. The yard is magical at night with outdoor lights and a small firepit for late night smores. A two minute walk to lake where you will love the limestone bottom lake that holds clear blue water.
The kitchen, located on the 2nd floor, has been updated with marble from floor to ceiling a new Bespoke refrigerator and is stocked with every amenity a cook would need. The bathroom is updated with a double vanity and new walk in shower. The old claw and ball tub has been relocated outdoors to the Master Bedroom patio, located on the 1st floor, and has retractable privacy awning dividers. The 2nd bedroom, located on the 3rd floor, has a double bed and a loft with a cot bed and grand views of lake. The main deck is the best place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the feeding frenzy of the hummingbirds.

This home is absolutely gorgeous. Sits in the hills with beautiful views of Lake Travis, Austin. Not a far drive from great food spots, also 30-40 min drive to downtown if you want to visit 6th street. Beautiful home, with a beautiful yard and balcony. Cleanliness was also excellent. Home is absolutely worth the price for the vibes and awesome experience.

Wanted kinds to see the fireworks on lake Travis. The home is high enough with the balcony to be able to see the show closest to the property plus different fireworks on other parts of lake. We really enjoyed ourselves

More rustic than expected. Beautiful view and cool house design concept.Things I wish I knew before booking: the outdoor bathtub was painted and that paint has since eroded especially right where you’d want to sit. The kitchen sink faucet is broken so you cannot turn off the spray nozzle when you want to wash dishes under the normal faucet - it just sprays you and the counter area.The bathroom shower walls are not sealed, it doesn’t matter which way you turn the shower head, the water is going to pool outside the shower, mostly towards the toilet, but everywhere really.No screens on any windows or doors - so you cannot open for fresh air at night without inviting lake mosquitoes. Especially if you want to use the loft - it traps the heat and you can’t exhaust.Outdoor furniture is old black iron chairs in the sun with no cushions.Mattresses are worn down to an uncomfortable degree. I think the king bed got a memory foam topper when the old memory foam mattress gave out. The double bed on 2nd floor has hills and valleys.
