Our villa is located close to the center of Alanya, in Sugözü Mahallesi, just about 8 minutes by car from Kleopatra Beach — one of the best beaches in Alanya.
The villa has 2 floors, an American-style kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large private swimming pool, a cedar sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a small beautiful garden with 2 palm trees.
One of the main highlights of the villa is its spectacular panoramic view over the whole of Alanya, the mountains and the Mediterranean coast. The view is especially beautiful at sunrise and in the evening.
Please note that the villa is located on a hillside and there are around 100 steps leading up to the house. For this reason, the villa may not be suitable for elderly guests, people with limited mobility, or guests with serious health conditions.
