The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property was in a great location , was clean and had everything we needed.
The bathroom will soon be in needing of refurbishment.

Breakfast okay.
During the booking enquiry, I had to follow up several times as there was no reply. This was not a good experience.
The reception service was just normal, and the staff could have been friendlier. Around 10:30pm, the lobby lights had already been switched off, which made the hotel feel a bit quiet and unwelcoming.

Hospitable staffs, excellent rooms (the ecolodge is so comfy😭).
Location is also impeccable, very close to sapa square.
