Appartment has everything needed

Recommend this place. Amazing flat, clean and good location. Fast and clear communication with the host as well. Happy with this booking.

Washer was a plus but no detergent. Place was not cleaned properly, crumbs on table, floor and window sill was very very dirty

Not clean, bed very uncomfortable

The apartment had all the amenities: all the kitchen things, an iron, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and plenty of hangers in the closet.

The first difficulty we experienced was with opening the apartment door. When we arrived, we spent around 15 minutes trying to open it because there were no instructions explaining how to do so, only the door codes. It would be helpful to mention that you first need to pull the door towards yourself and then push it away. The apartment was also not very clean when we arrived. There was dirty kitchenware, a torn bedsheet, and a dirty duvet. After we complained about these issues, they were replaced, which we appreciate. The sofa was also dirty and quite uncomfortable. Communication with the property was available, but we felt that some basic supplies were insufficient for our seven-night stay, such as dishwasher capsules, salt, and pepper. When we mentioned that we needed more supplies, we were told that our stay was considered short and that they usually provide additional items and change towels for guests staying eight nights or longer. Personally, I do not consider a one-week stay to be a short stay. We do appreciate that they later brought us more washing machine capsules, garbage bags, and toilet paper. Overall, I can recommend this apartment for a short stay of a couple of days, but I would probably not recommend it for a longer stay.
