We had a lovely stay at the villa and overall everything was perfect. The villa was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for our family. Niazi, who helped us check in, was especially great — very friendly, helpful and responsive. We were travelling with two young babies and needed travel cots, and these were arranged for us straight away, which we really appreciated.
The only small thing we noticed was that there were some stains on the sofa which could do with a clean, but other than that everything was clean and we had no issues at all.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa, especially for families. Thank you to Niazi for making our check-in and stay so easy! ❤️. Land of legends was a 8 min drive and belek shoping centre was 3 mins it is in the perfect location as everything is close by

The villa is fully equipped with everything you need, except shampoo and shower gel. The furniture is new, and the house is modern, and very suitable for a large family.
The area feels very safe, and the online service is excellent, they respond quickly whenever you need anything.
The swimming pool is a good size for the family, and overall, we felt very comfortable and safe during our stay.

The villa is isolated, with no facilities, restaurants, or supermarkets within walking distance, so having a car is necessary.
no regular cleaning service included. Cleaning is available only for an extra charge and needs to be booked in advance.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM, which we found quite early, especially for families.
