Located in Sierra Nevada, this lovely bed and breakfast for $170 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a NON SMOKING property- 1300 sq feet one bedroom all new Guest House. Sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children. If additional adults will be staying it will be $25 more per person per night to accommodate wear and tear. 30-45 minute drive to play in the snow! Close to fishing locations, hiking, kayaking, boating @ lake success, or Balch park. Going to an event at the Springville Ranch, White Barn? We are less than 1 block right around the corner, walking distance! What a better spot to be if you want to have a GREAT TIME at an event and able to walk ! Enjoy the quiet space here on our 2.5 acre property. 100% securely gated property, with gate code to access. Dogs welcome (2 max) with non refundable fee $25 per dog per stay. RV Parking with water and power hook ups available for additional guests in your party, $25 a night per trailer or RV. Basic toiletries and laundry supplies on site. No Bbq on site. BRIDE AND GROOM? Extremely spacious. For a guest house, the space was great. We were there to join with out family for a Holiday Celebration and I need to prepare a couple of items for the big family meal. The kitchen space and the utensils provided was perfect and made the task easy. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower perfect and the living space was relaxing. Thank you!

The cozy guest house was the perfect stay for our getaway.
1) The house is immaculately clean with all of the amenities you will need from the fully stocked kitchen to the available bathroom toiletries.
2) The beds (even the sofa bed) was extremely comfortable.
3) The house is perfectly located within the canyons displaying the most breathtaking views and picturesque nighttime sky. We stayed here because of the proximity to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. And we are so glad we did! The scenic drive is about an hour to the park entrance and was filled with vineyards, orange groves, river front and canyon views.
4) Janelle is the “hostess with the mostest”! We were welcomed with drinks and a personalized sign. She was available immediately whenever we needed and was even accommodating when there was a problem with booking online.

Janelle & Matt were amazing with us. We were coming up for our 25th Anniversary Bash at Springville Ranch and she had 2 bottles of wine for us, a lovely card and a congrats on a sign by the door. It was such a sweet surprise. She has created such a cozy space to just unwind and relax. We loved it. If we are ever in area again, we would want to stay there. 🙂 Thanks guys 😁

My family of 4 booked this spot for a one night stay, while we attended a wedding at the Springville Ranch. Janelle (host) was absolutely wonderful. The guest house that sits on her property was gorgeous, very clean, and decorated beautifully. The location was also super convenient being only a 5-10 minute walk to the venue. Pet friendly, and quiet safe place to stay. I would highly recommend booking your stay at this location.

Everything was as described. The house is set up with everything you need to be comfortable. The property is in a beautiful, quiet location. Our host was FABULOUS! She even shared some of her fantastic soup😊 We would definitely return!

Beautiful Property that are girls were able to play on and around, our parent travel trailer fit perfect backed up to the shop, a fire pit and wood was provided, 45 min drive to the snow, we had a fantastic time, looking forward to going back!

We went to a Wedding at the Springville Ranch and had a great stay at the property.
Janelle is wonderful. She offered to give us a ride and had some delicious lasagna waiting for us in the fridge when we got back.
The property is just a short walk away from Springville Ranch.

Janelle and Matt have put so much care into their lovely and thoughtfully-appointed guest house! My partner and dog and I were lucky enough to be their first guests, and we absolutely loved it. We attended a wedding at the Springville Ranch, which was an easy five minute walk away (what more can you ask for when you want to have a really good time at a wedding?) and then stayed in Springville an extra day to rest and recuperate. The town is really cute and it's an easy drive to nearby creeks, scenery and greenery.
The guest house itself has everything you could ever need or dream of, including a gorgeous front patio area with a grill, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a Casper bed that makes it feel as though you're sleeping on a cloud. Janelle and Matt are also wonderful hosts who are super friendly, kind, and really helpful.
