Clean, decent hotel, not too far from Rio GIG Airport with comfortable beds, good pillows, good AC, ok breakfast, and friendly competent staff, with a pool and great view on the roof.
Very long lines at reception to check in and out as well as slow elevators.

Breakfast was good. Although I stay like 10 days. So it became boring the last days, as it is the same menu every day. I got the double bed i requested. The room and bathroom are big, even with 3 suitcases and all. Everything looks quite new and clean.
The 2 ladies at the front are all time in a bad mood. Seems reluctant to help me. Even with simple standard things like checkout, and paying for a tour. Everytime I greet them in Portuguese, they would give me a forced awkward smile back. In the end I will avoid passing their counter and avoid any eye contact.

the price is good, the breakfast is included.
the staff was not very helpful, the restaurant service was not the best. the room was not cleaned properly and did not feel safe at the hotel.
