Lily en Charly waren als touroperator en guide geweldig.
Rene was jarig tijdens de trip en Lily heeft een taart voor hem geregeld, zo lief!!
Bij Beka zou ik zo weer een cruise regelen!!
De trip had van ons nog wel even langer mogen duren bv 2 nachten op het schip.

Bateau en bon etat, propre et personnel au petit soin - guide tip top - cuisine locale faite sur le bateau tres tres bonne.
La chambre avec balcon est tres bien mais les gaz d echappement du moteur noircissent pas mal le mobilier du balcon.
Un bruit de fond type moteur qui tourne toute la nuit.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 3-tägigen Aufenthalt auf der Beka-Cruise und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Schon die Anreise wurde von Lily perfekt organisiert und auf unsere Wünsche abgestimmt. Besonders schön war, dass mein Mann seinen 60. Geburtstag an Bord feiern konnte. Die Crew hat ihn sogar mit "Hot-Pot" zum Dinner und einer Geburtstagstorte überrascht – eine wirklich liebevolle Geste, die uns sehr berührt hat. ❤️
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an Lily und Hana für die überaus tolle Organisation und an Tuyen im Restaurant, der sich sehr aufmerksam und herzlich um uns gekümmert hat. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem zu machen.
Die Ausflüge waren abwechslungsreich und haben viel Spaß gemacht. Das Essen war ausgesprochen gut sowie reichlich und die Gruppengröße sehr angenehm. Wir haben die drei Tage in vollen Zügen sehr genossen und werden diese erlebnisreiche Zeit für immer in Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! ❤️ Wir empfehlen euch von Herzen weiter.

The scenery was lovely, kayaking was fun, and the bar staff were polite and friendly.
What didn't go well:
This did not feel like a 4 star experience, especially for $196 a night which is pricey for Vietnam. The price dropped by $30 to $40 a few days prior, but management refused to match it even though we could still cancel.
The cruise barely sailed for distance. The boat stayed anchored in the same spot for most of the trip, so you mostly look at the exact same view rather than cruising around the bay to see changing scenery.
The schedule felt constantly rushed with barely any free time. Pickup was late, boarding happened around 1:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM, activities were cut short, and staff knocked on our door to rush us out by 10:30 AM on the last morning.
In our room (cabin 207), the window could not close all the way, so boat exhaust fumes and kitchen smells drifted straight in. There was also a bad sewage odor from the bathroom , no hot water at night, no bath mat so the bathroom floor stayed wet, no hand towels, and no hand soap. The shower soap was watered down.
Food was disappointing with small portions, drinking water was available by request or purchase, our request for an extra salad because we were still hungry was declined and we got a cucumber, the Wi Fi did not work. Finally, when we asked to clarify the plan because the guide was sometimes hard to understand, he got impatient, and later when they gave us a survey to fill about the stay he pressured us to change to 5 star review because he was offended.
