Clean, luxurious and modern room. Perfect location with river views and pretty courtyard. Very friendly, helpful staff. Free bicycle to use and happy hour daily.

We enjoyed our stay! Great to have the pickup from the train station as there is no direct vehicle access which made checking in easy. Enjoyed a dip in the pool and the property is in a quiet location.
Having to use a short ladder for pool exit was a bit difficult.

Excellent hotel with great modern rooms, brilliant breakfast and lovely helpful staff. Best hotel stay in Vietnam to date.
Not a lot to pick apart from not staying more nights.

Hotel was close to nice restaurants & a 2km walk to historic citadel.
Rooms looked like they had just been renovated & were nice & clean.
Breakfast was generous. Staff really friendly & helpful.
Shower flooded into the room which was a bit of a problem- maybe door had a gap
