The say was good it was just the noise from others that made it hard for me and the children to fall asleep. The room was spacious with welcoming and so was the staff.

The staff was superb—everyone from the front desk staff (thanks, Tracey!), housekeeping, to the breakfast staff (very friendly and helpful)! We had a great stay with lots of pool fun and the perks of the dog bowl/treats, full breakfast and evening happy hour drinks with chips and queso. This is definitely a family hotel that can be noisy, which actually we didn’t hear too much from the room, but if you’re looking for a quiet, mellow hotel, this isn’t it.

Nice hotel but was a fair distance to walk into Pismo Beach. Room was clean but a little dated, however the bed was v comfy. Not a bad hotel and the free breakfast was a bonus.

The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the cantina drinks and the breakfast. It was a holiday weekend so the pool area was very busy and noisy. We appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly. The staff were attentive and prompt, although they did straighten up our room while we were gone, even though we had left the do not disturb sign on the door and they took the extra coffee packets we had asked for earlier, leaving us with no in room coffee for the morning. Otherwise, it is a place we would stay again at. It is close to a lot of restaurants and a short drive to the beach as well as right off the freeway.

Was pleasantly surprised by this property. The lobby looks beautiful and there are quite a few buildings that encompass the property. Both staff who I encountered up front were so nice! In the center, there is a courtyard with tables to eat, a pool, and jacuzzi. Our room was a king with pull out bed and there was a door separating the areas with two tvs, perfect for children. The shower had a regular shower head but then also one that pours from the ceiling. Has all basic amenities like fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. They provide free breakfast in building C that has tables inside and outside. They provide adults a complimentary alcoholic beverage as well as a snack in the evening at the bar. It’s a family friendly property but that also comes with the noise families make. Being that all doors open out to the courtyard, you can hear the kids playing and enjoying themselves in the pool as well as running/walking near the stairs and outside so if you’re looking for a quiet place without kids, this may not be the best, but for us it was great. Definitely would stay again.

Hospitality was wonderful. From the check in to the breakfast staff. Each of us got a Complementary drink at the Catina the evening of check in which was a nice little bonus. Location is good bit we where facing the street which noise was heard but we didn’t mind.

We had a wonderful time in Pismo though we just stayed for 1 night. The hotel is outdated but the excellent service that Alicia (If I’m not mistaken of her name), from front desk, has provided us went above and beyond. She was genuine in welcoming us. The hotel is also pet friendly. The location is close to Pismo beach pier that has ample of restaurants to choose from. This is the second time that my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here in Pismo. This time with our daughter, niece and my fur baby. Oxford Hotel did not disappoint us. We will definitely go back again.

For the most part, our stay at Oxfor Suites was wonderful. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and professional. The hotel was safe and inviting. The only aspect of our stay that was negative was the discomfort of our beds. We actually chose to check out early because our beds were extremely unfortable. Unfortunately, my husband's back was out of whack during the duration of our trip.

Rooms were big enough for a family of 6. Everybody had their own space and the room was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was exceptionally good and the dining area was very spacious. They also have a heated pool and Jacuzzi.

Gal at Front desk was super helpful (she's from Santa Barbara) so friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast vouchers and complimentary cocktail upon arrival. Amin at the bar was great made great drinks, met so many amazing people from California and our room was perfect. Did a little door dash and had some excellent Mexican food delivered right to the front lobby.

We love staying here even if its one of the hotels not right on the beach. The rooms are large and great if traveling with a family because the bedrooms close off with a door from the living room area. Hot Break fast is included which is wonderful. They also offer 1 free complimentary drink during happy hour. Overall good deal if traveling with the family and beach is just a few minutes away.

It was a very quiet hotel which I did not expect since it’s a fairly big property but rooms are spaced out and it feels comfortable. The suites are nice with two separate areas in the room, good for multiple day stays.

Receptionist was great that checked me in, Angelica I believe her name. My room was nice, the bed was so comfortable, usually I miss my home bed but I was happy. My good friend stayed and they made sure she was located next to me. We really appreciated it, this place is reasonably priced. Everything is so close as well, I always stay here.

I checked in on March 8th with my boyfriend. It was very cold outside and the heater did not work. There was a draft in our room so I was cold. We tried to enjoy time at the pool but we had guest in there with all their kids. They were smoking cigarettes and weed so unfortunately we left because we were uncomfortable. I only gave a decent rate because the last at the front desk was nice.

Hotel was nice. Hot cooked breakfast was very good. The only thing I had to take away stars was for the noise level. It wasn’t horrible but I could hear traffic and noise from the pool area. Otherwise stay was nice

All the staff were wonderful at the desk and kitchen But our refrigerator was set at the lowest level and all our food froze in it. When I called guest services - no one answered. I tried several times. So we just had to leave a. note about it and throw all our food away.

no complaints about the room. loved the room. the location of the room was right next to the hotel wash/dryer room and it was noisy having the carts role by the room. and we were next to the parking lot so it was noisy with people walking back and forth from their cars to their rooms and visa versa

Good location, not far from Pismo beach pier but still need to drive. The room was good, but you can hear the noise from the freeway and the guests from couple rooms next to us was too loud also when closing the door we can hear “bang” from our room, this made our stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok.
