The customer service desk personnel were great. Very helpful and courteous. The room was very nice, had a historic feel to it, with all updated amenities. I’d definitely come back.

Great hotel right in campus. Staff was friendly. Need more affordable restaurants in the hotel. Different cuisine types at affordable prices would be nice and more variety in room service

This hotel stay was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was immaculate, The entire staff was super friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Everything had a classy touch right down to the Nespresso machine in the room. There is not a more central hotel in Auburn! We will stay here again and again.

The property is great, but not worth the $300/night price tag. 1) Maids went down the halls before 8:30 AM knocking on doors to clean 2) the convention center was under construction, so no cut-through from parking deck, when weather is inclement…on the positive side, 1) staff was very friendly, 2) bed was comfortable, 3) chef made us food after kitchen was closed down and room service was not available 4) location is great for getting around campus

Beautiful hotel with lots of heritage. All areas were artfully decorated, clean and considerate of visitors. Liked the automatic doors, coffee shop, Piccolo restaurant. Hope to come back for the jazz. Disappointed in the curtains. They will not draw to block out light.

Stayed one night while traveling. Great location! We enjoyed walking around campus, visiting the culinary center next door and hanging out at New Realm Brewery!

We only stayed one night, but the hotel was great...right across the street from the Auburn campus. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Alex, the person who checked us in was so friendly and informative. George was welcoming and helped explained parking after valet hours. As Auburn University alumni, we love staying here and the hotel staff is always top notch, in true Auburn spirit. Thanks for another great stay!

MJ in valet was super nice. The unfortunate part was the bed linens on one of the beds were stained. Staff brought up clean linens, but wish I didn’t have to change bed linens at 11pm!
